Ryker is such a happy go lucky boy. He loves ALL the attention and affection one could give plus some! While Ryker is a little bit skeptical about new faces, once he warms up to you he will be your best friend. Ryker definitely warms up to women much faster than men. He is 4 years old and eager to learn - especially for food! He goes potty and💩 immediately when taken outside, but unfortunately his previous lifestyle of crate living and not many outside visits have hindered his full time potty training. He really does try his hardest and lets you know when he needs to go, so with REGULAR and FREQUENT outside visits, he should be able to get back to an ordinary house trained lifestyle in no time at all. So far we are unsure how we do with other dogs and cats, but he does great with his previous housemate Gidget and would LOVE to find a home with her if at all possible. Story
Meet Rico, he is 8 years old and 40 lbs. (he can lose some weight)… His owner has cancer and can longer care for him so he is looking for a new place to love him through the next chapter of his life.  Rico is a handsome Aussie/Terrier mix of sorts! If he was a food order he would be ordered as one medium floof nugget, with a side of smiles- tail waggin sized, with all the dippin sauces of happiness. This guy has grins that just won‘t quit, loves him some car rides, enjoys being bribed with treats for tricks, isn’t much of a kisser, and relishes all the attention he deserves to receive. Rico is easy to love, gets along great with dogs and and kids. He walks good on leash and is housebroken and crate trained. He is a true gentleman and is ready for that special person(s) to give him his well-deserved furever home. He is waiting to meet you! Neutered, heartworm tested, recent dental, vaccinated, microchipped, and ready for adoption!  He is hit and miss with cats so a calm cat that does not do much he would have less of an issue with.  An active cat that will hiss and get in his business is not a match.  To help pay for vet bills and care (transportation, food, toys, etc..) a $100 donation is requested at the time of adoption. All of our adoptions are contingent upon an approved application, home visit, reference check, obedience training agreement, and signing of adoption contract. All our dogs are spayed/neutered, vaccinated, and microchipped before adoption. Our dogs are companion animals that live indoors as part of your family. Please do not apply if your plan is to have them as outside dogs, garage dogs, porch dogs or outside kennel dogs.  We do not ship dogs.   All of our dogs are in private foster homes. We are not a shelter with hours. A visit can be arranged after an adoption questionnaire has been filled out and sent in. Please try to email first.
