My name is Milly, and I am looking for a new home! My old family lost their home to foreclosure and can no longer take care of me, but I have a lot of love to give and want to find a new home soon. I am 1 1/2 years old and 55 pounds; I am a mix, so I don’t know my full history, but I got a clean bill of health from the vet. I am very energetic and do well with kids and other dogs (large dogs are best, little dogs are scary). I like to have lots of open room to play so a big back yard would be great. I am house trained and fully vaccinated so please call my foster mom and set up a meeting with me today!

Story
Pound was born right here on our homestead a couple of years ago. He lives with his mom and dad, brother and sister. His other Aussie siblings were rehomed at 8 weeks and registered with American Stockdog Registry. We have loved having him and he guards our home well. We learned of a city ordinance that only allows us to have 4 dogs so sadly we have to part with one. We chose Pound because he has become the alpha and ended up being larger than his dad, Mud. He needs a new home with territory of his own and work to do.

Hi! 🐾 I'm Pebbles and I'm now accepting applications for my adoption! I'm about 46 pounds and almost 2 years old. I'm super shy and really not sure about these whole hooman creatures...I mean who only walks on two legs?! I am slowly starting to think hoomans aren't so bad, they bring me lots of yummies. I'm still very hesitant and nervous with a leash on me...or anything on me for that matter. My survival instincts are very strong still, but I'm less shy than when I first arrived here and want to play with the two-leggeds, just not sure I can yet. I LOVE playing with other dogs and that's when you see my personality the most. I have 3 foster siblings that I enjoy playing with, especially in all the snow we got recently! I'd love to have at least one new sibling in my future home, maybe even two or three! I'm almost fully potty trained and prefer to do my business outside, even in the snow and rain. I do enjoy a good soft toy, blankets and some chew bones. I do like herding cats, so I need to be around dog savvy cats or no cats in my future home. 🐱 I'm spayed, up to date on shots, and a healthy pup! I'm going to need a very gentle and patient adopter who can give me the time I need to warm up to the two-leggeds. If I could be the dog version of a pasture pony I'd be pretty happy. Although with enough time I think I might enjoy house life and maybe even some snuggles. I'm still processing all the trauma from my past life of having to survive on my own amongst 90 other brothers, sisters, cousins and everything in-between, so I need gentleness, calm and kindness from my future family.
