Totino is loving, loyal, fun, goofy, intelligent, and an inquisitive pup who loves to play fetch, play with puzzle toys, and to chew on his chew toys. He loves to be outside and can’t wait to go on his daily walks. He likes to learn new tricks and new commands (so he can get treats). He also loves to go to Doggy Daycare and play with all of his friends there. He is house broken and crate trained. Totino has completed Level One Obedience Class as well as Walking on a Leash Class. Totino is (by nature) anxious around new people but once he gets to know them he gladly accepts their petting. While on a walk, Totino will occasionally let another dog/person that he passes know that he is there. He is working on this. Totino loves to be petted and receive belly rubs. Totino would flourish in a home that has a large fenced in yard or on a farm. He should also do well in a home with another canine pal.

Hi, I’m Karis! I’m a sweet and affectionate girl searching for a loving family to call my own. I can be a little shy at first, but once I warm up, my playful and curious personality shines through. I’m an explorer at heart and love taking in my surroundings—my foster mom even calls me “Billy Goat” because I enjoy hopping onto higher surfaces to get a better view! When I’m not exploring, you’ll find me happily playing with my toys, bouncing around like a bunny. I’m also a champion snuggler who loves giving the gentlest kisses and curling up close for cuddle time. My foster mom says I’m a smart and determined girl who’s already making progress with housetraining. Since I’m still learning to feel confident, I’d do best in a calm, steady home with patient and loving people who can offer gentle guidance. With their support, I know I’ll continue to blossom into a happy, outgoing pup. If you’re looking for an affectionate and silly companion, I might just be the perfect match for you! Hi, my name is Tess, I am from Missouri. Tess was found on a rural road, looking like she had puppies. We walked for hours and hours looking for them, but had no success. Tess adjusted quickly and become the best girl in the shelter. She is calmer and prefer to be a lap dog rather than run around. She does on occasion get a wild hair and run a few laps and play. She is just a sweetheart. She gets along well with other dogs, and has done great in passing with kids that she has met, she has not be introduced to interacted with cats. Yozuri and her sister Yamaha were found when their foster parents were on a walk. The sisters came trotting out of the woods where they had been living in a cardboard box. They were vetted and fostered and adopted to a home. Due to unforeseen circumstances that were not at all of her making, Yozuri finds herself back in the care of Save a Stray once again hoping for a forever home. Yozuri is just happy about life. She is housetrained and crate trained. She gets along with everyone, loves toys, and playing fetch. Yozuri is smart, comes when called, and gives attention easily. She is a playful girl but also loves to snuggle. She is a delight to have around. This girl deserves a home to treat her like a princess. We also use the most animal-friendly transport on the road. Rescue Riders Pet Transport.
