Please contact Darlene at 302-312-5129 (fureverpawsdogrescue@gmail.com) for more information about this pet.  This dog is located in Newark, DE. Visit us on the web at https://fur-everpaws.com/fur-ever-paws-adoption-application/ to submit an application. Please contact the foster directly at 302-312-5129 (text or call) or via email at fureverpawsdogrescue@gmail.com Fur Ever Paws Dog Rescue is a small no kill rescue operating in the Delaware/Maryland area. We are a 501(c)(3) non-profit that rescues and places homeless, neglected or abused dogs from high-kill shelters in the south into loving, responsible committed and permanent homes. We feel our comprehensive adoption process which includes not only taking the time to match the dog to the prospective new owner but helping to educate that owner in responsible dog care, allows us to find the best homes for our little buddies and the best companions for you! Each week we use USDA certified transports to bring dogs from high-kill shelters in the south to our fosters where they all receive the appropriate medical care and are placed in nurturing loving homes while they await placement in their forever homes. Interested in one of our dogs? Great! Now that you've seen them here you'll need to go to our website where you'll find our list of adoptable dogs (updated every week). Then, it's just a simple process of finding a dog you're interested in and filling out an application on our site. Once we receive your application, whoever is fostering that particular dog will contact you and do a short over the phone interview to complete your application process. If everything works out, they will set an appointment with you so come out and "visit" with the dog you're interested in (we want to make sure that not only are you a good fit for the dog but that the dog will fit with you). If everything works out, you'll be able to take rover (or spot, or jax) home with you that very day. A couple of things you should know: We can't hold dogs over the phone or via email. Adoption fees vary based on breed. All of our dogs have been vet checked and dewormed (if possible due to age, additional treatment may be needed). We provide a spay or neuter voucher to all of our adopters. &#226&#128&#139 January 1, 2026, 9:16 pm

Story
Oh, my! Talk about your sweet faces! Henry's is one of sweetness, calmness, and affection. Those big eyes tell all! He's a 3-year-old,10-pound Mini Aussie mix with a warm heart and a desire to be loved and cuddled. Because he's so small, however, we think it would be best if there were no children under 10 years old in the family. Kids don't always know their own strength, after all. Henry can be shy at first, but he quickly relaxes into your arms to show you his trust and affection. What a fine boy! (posted 12/30/25, ME) Adoption Fee: $395.00-- covers microchip, worming, all vaccines, monthly heart worm preventative, monthly tick/flea preventative, spaying/neutering, health certificate, and complete medical records. Transport Fee: $160.00-- We consider the transport to be of great importance and, as such, take particular care of the dogs during the trip. We make every effort to arrive with healthy and minimally stressed dogs. **It is rare that we know with certainty the ages or mixes that make up our dogs, but we do our best to be as accurate as possible based upon our experience. **December 30, 2025, 1:18 pm

Story
Hi! I'm Yumi, which means beautiful in some other language that I actually don't speak! My mom was an Aussie mix, and I get my intelligence from her side of the family! I love all people and I'm said to be very happy and playful. I love other dogs big and small and I play respectfully with the older dogs in my foster home. Mostly I love to be cuddled! I'm working on my potty training skills and once I'm big enough to hold it for a while it will be a breeze! I'm going to be a great smallish-medium so 'perfect -sized' for your home! Don't wait because I will go fast! Local adoption fee is $250 (in TX) Out of state adoption fee is $550 (includes transport to your area)

Story
I'm Zuri and I'm just as sweet as I am pretty! My mom was an Aussie mix, and I'm likely to stay small/medium sized. My paws are tiny. I'm not sure how my ears are going to end up as they do different stuff every day! My favorite thing to do is cuddle, and I will plead with my big beautiful brown eyes until you pick me up. I love all dogs and play well with all sizes. I'm very intelligent and figure things out pretty quickly. I'm working on my potty training but for now I'm using pee pads with amazing accuracy! Don't wait as I will go quickly! Local adoption fee is $250 (i TX) Out of state adoption fee is $550 (includes transport to your area)
