Meet Maggie Maggie is a Pyrenees Austrian Shepherd mix best guess. She is estimated to be 2 years old. She was found near her foster’s home and has been staying there since. She is such a loving dog and would love a home that will give her all the pets and love she could ask for. She does really well with dogs that are medium size and bigger. She has a submissive personality, but she does love playing rough outside and even sometimes in the house as well. Maggie has met a cat (Joe) and was curious about him, but was nice to him, so she may do well in a cat home. Maggie does not like other dogs being around when she eats, so she has been trained to eat in her crate since being in her foster home and does super well going in her crate to eat. She prefers to be fed there knowing all the food in her bowl is all hers. Her adoption fee includes a crate she comes with! The other thing Maggie hates is baths! Be ready for a bucking bronco experience when trying to bathe her! She gets super anxious getting a bath so be sure you and or your groomer will understand her anxiety and plan accordingly. Maggie already came to the rescue housebroken, knows how to sit, crate, and shake with the command “Paw”. She’s very smart and we believe can learn more if her home wanted to teach her more. Her foster believes she would be good with kids 8years old and older. Maggie does get excited and jumps up sometimes but she listens when you tell her down. No elderly people 70 and older or people unsteady on their feet because of the times she does jump. She is currently 55lbs but is still somewhat underweight for her size. She will benefit from a spoiled household to give her more meet on her bones! She is spayed, current on all vaccines and preventions she is heartworm negative and microchipped. We believe she is a Shepherd mix ... and we know her mom is an Australian Shepherd mix but only 20#. We don't know who Daddy is. We suspect that PAINT BALL will get to 25#s... best guess. PAINT BALL is energetic, lovable, and wants to please. She will be a great dog for a family or active couple. The foster who took in the VERY pregnant Mom raised the puppies in her house with the help of her 3 grandchildren. They are very socialized and lots of fun. Then, it's just a simple process of finding a dog you're interested in and filling out an application on our site. Once we receive your application, whoever is fostering that particular dog will contact you and do a short over the phone interview to complete your application process. If everything works out, they will set an appointment with you so come out and "visit" with the dog you're interested in (we want to make sure that not only are you a good fit for the dog but that the dog will fit with you). Beau is a mini Australian Shepherd. He will be 6 years old in May. Beau was a gift from my Mother-In-Law - we did not select him for ourselves. He was purchased from her reputable breeder in Texas. We have had him since he was 4 months old. Beau is potty trained, crate trained and has completed a 3 week intensive board and train E-Collar program. We have 2 children and 1 on the way. Beau does not do well with children. We have tried everything but finally have to admit that he does not fit in our family. He is skittish around new people and takes time to warm up to men. He is only ok with our 14 year old dog at times- Beau can be food aggressive and they have had their skirmishes. I don't know how he would be with other dogs He has had complete vet care and is up to date on all vaccines - I can provide records. We want to make sure he goes to a safe home where he will be happier. He will come with all records, his favorite toy, crate, bed, food, e-collar and bowls.

Meet sisters Harper and Hazel, five-month-old Australian Shepherd mixes. They now weigh around 25 pounds, but we expect them to mature to around 45-50 pounds. They both wear medium-length red, chocolate, and white coats; however, only Hazel has fluffy ears. They are a delight and do wonderfully with other dogs!
