His siblings and he didn't have much medical attention or socialization as they were chained for quite some time. He is slowly learning what it means to be a dog but he is doing well in our prison program and is doing well with the other dogs. He needs a fenced in yard (no more chains!) and a loving family. Ruger is now available for adoption to a good and loving home. If you have a lot of love to share with a best friend please adopt one of our wonderful pets. All pets are fully vetted.
