Falkor is named for a fictional character who reminds his buddy that "good luck will come to you." We believe good luck will come to the family that chooses this adorable guy! He has a tail that seems stuck in a permanent "wag" mode, and he is an active, happy dude! Falkor will need some help with his manners, but he is loving and friendly. He has an adorable face and an uber soft coat that begs to be petted. He is up to date on vaccines and will be neutered soon. He was rescued from a high-kill shelter in Texas, but is calling Iowa his home now.

Meet Susie! She is a 3 month old shepherd mix puppy that is one out of a litter of 11! These adorable puppies have been raised in a fantastic foster home where they have been well socialized and given a great start on housetraining. The pups from this litter will be large breed dogs. This entire litter, and their momma, were facing euthanasia at a high kill shelter. Our fabulous foster agreed to help, so we scooped them up when they were only 1 week old and their lives turned around. Now all 11 of them are looking for a family to call their own! Susie loves playing with her 10 siblings. She sleeps all night curled up next to her sister but when morning comes she ready to eat! Susie uses the potty pad but will also potty in the yard if the need arises. Susie loves sitting on her foster mom's lap. She keeps a clean kennel and is doing great with potty training. She even whimpers to let you know she needs to go out. She is also good with dogs and cats.
