Story
Meet Ringo: A Gentle Soul in Need of a Home Two months ago, Ringo wandered up to our fence line, tired and hungry but full of quiet kindness. He is an adult dog, likely around five or six years old, with a sweet and gentle temperament. Ringo adores people, gets along well with other dogs, and has a calm, loving presence that makes him the perfect companion. Ringo has some old injuries to his ears, leaving them cauliflowered on both sides. While they do not seem to bother him, they give him a rugged charm that only adds to his character. He is in seemingly good health otherwise, with a sturdy build and a soft coat. He just waiting for someone to scratch behind his ears. The only quirk we have noticed is that he has mild food aggression, but only towards other dogs. With people, he is nothing but gentle. He just prefers to eat in peace without sharing his bowl. He will need an immediate vet visit upon adoption.

Name: Roxie Breed: Australian Shepherd Mix Sex: Female Age: DOB December 10, 2024 Spayed/Neutered: Yes! Vaccinations: Puppy vaccines will be up to date - all vaccinations required after adoption are the responsibility of the adopter. Heartworm: Too young (testing is done at 6 months of age) Housetrained: Not yet Microchipped: Not yet Adoption Fee/Donation: $350 Important!! Think long and hard before adopting a puppy. Consider the lifestyle change this puppy will come with. He cannot be crated for more than 3-4 hours at a time until he’s older. Puppy-proofing your home will be necessary. Puppies scratch and nip, so if you have small children, can they handle this? Training will be so important in this puppy’s life. Do you have the time? Adoption donations cover pre-adoption vet costs (including vaccinations, spay/neuter, heart worm test if applicable) microchip, worming and flea/tick/heart worm (if applicable) preventatives. Donations for our young, healthy puppies and dogs support their fellow canines of advanced age or suffering from injuries and abuse whose donations are reduced but whose veterinary costs are typically much higher. We appreciate your understanding that your newly adopted dog will help others in need. Story
He is full of life and personality, would be great for an active home. He likes to howl and give attitude when he’s feeling sassy. He love to do tricks like; give paw and other ( both paws) sit, lay, stay. We play hide and seek sometimes in the house, he also likes to chase play. Great with my cat, always roughhouse together whenever possible. Loves going to parks and long walks. He settles down pretty quick when it comes to strangers and new people

Story
Milo is a high energy 5.5-year-old, half Austrian Shepard, half English Shepard. I received him from a breeder off a farm near Elizabethtown, KY when he was an 8-week-old puppy. He has lived most of his life in the city, however my parents have a farm that he visits frequently. Milo loves to run around the farm and explore. He has always been a very smart dog, he would learn tricks quickly, but he will push the boundaries of the trick/command. Milo has had some problems with aggression in the past. Generally, Milo is friendly with humans, just give him time to greet you, but other dogs tend to make him defensive, specifically large male dogs. Usually, if he has time to slowly meet another dog and get used to the dog, he is very playful with them. Milo has tons of energy and would be a great dog for lots of exercise, I have walked with him and run with him before on the leash, but he does pull some. The ideal home for Milo would be lots of land, or at least somewhere with a large yard.

Story
Yuffie is about 10 months old and is believed to be an Australian Shepherd mix. She is the sweetest girl with tons of energy to spare. Yuffie completed the Paws Behind Bars Training program and knows lots of tricks (sit, stay, leave it, take it, spin). She is very treat motivated. She would do best with an experienced dog owner that has time to give her the attention and stimulation she needs. She loves having a yard to run around in and is always on the go. It breaks our heart to consider rehoming her, but we are struggling to give her the attention and mental stimulation she needs with young children at home.

Story
Ms Leah is a sweet lady who loves to play ball and is very protective of my elderly mother. She has grown up on a large fenced yard. She needs some training on leashes and car rides. She seems to enjoy women more than men but has been a loyal companion for my mom. Mom’s health has taken a turn for the worse and I cannot have Leah in my apartment so looking forward a good home for this sweet lady
