Story
We adopted Luka in February of 2023. He was born October 15, 2022. He is super sweet, gentle, and loves to play! Unfortunately, it’s getting very hard to handle him with two small children. He needs a lot of attention and I would recommend training. We just can’t give him the care he needs and would love to find him a much better home.

Story
Hi, I'm Abby and they say I am very smart. I really want to find my forever home.I have been here awhile and I have an old injury and I would love to be in a comfortable environment away from these hard floors. Here are my thoughts. Please, no other pets or children, I want to be your one and only, so we can have lots of fun together.I prefer a fenced yard to play in. I love to learn, so you will need to continue my training and I promise to make you proud. I am a bit of a mix of cattle dog and Aussie, so breed experience would be a benefit to understanding me. Please come meet me soon!DOB 8/8/20 44 poundsI'm waiting for a home to call my own. email webmaster@petrefuge.com to learn more about me or fill out an application at https://www.petrefuge.com/adoptPet Refuge was formed in 1978 to help with cats and dogs in need of homes. Story
“HI ALL!!! My name is Tina (but I answer to hand signals!) I’m under 4years old as much as I love my friends here I really would LOVE a foster or forever home that can help me along- I have had a hard time training due to being deaf and some people just don’t understand me:( I would require a new parent to be very understanding and knowledgeable regarding hearing impaired pets or willing to work with me. I have been returned a few times due to my mouth getting me into trouble:( But, I know my forever home is out there!!! I’m the best girl ever I promise and I would LOVE a place to call home for now or permanently that has prior experience with a deaf puppy!!!”   ##575157##

Story
Meet Archer! He is an 7 year old Australian Shepherd and weighs 65 lbs. He is neutered, microchipped, up to date on shots, and on heartworm prevention. Archer is nervous around strangers! He is good with older children and cats! No younger children or dogs, due to his reactivity! The owner is surrendering him because he recently gave a warning snap at their 1 year old son. He needs to find his new furever home as soon as possible. If you think you can provide a great home for Archer, please contact the owner listed below. There is a rehoming fee to assure good folks with good intentions. This fee will be donated to Australian Shepherds Furever for their assistance in placing Archer. Story
Hey this is Dally, named after a character from The Outsiders, he isn’t the toughest like Dally form the book, he is a Covid dog, very wary of strangers and unfamiliar stuff, loud noises scare him, barks at the typical stuff that dogs bark at, a puller on walks, hates showers, dislikes car rides however he is very sweet, smart and loving once you really get to know him, full of energy and personality, loves food, loves the outdoors, he is handful which is why he needs someone who is , active and has the time to truly love him and care for him, that’s why he isn’t a price, cause he was a gift to me, he is a treasure
