I weigh about 47lbs and am full of energy, love, and personality!I’m a sweet, affectionate, and very smart boy who loves people—especially kids. Once I feel comfortable, I’m incredibly loyal and love being close to my humans.A few things about me:🐶 Breed: Australian Shepherd / Blue Heeler mix🎂 Age: 8 months⚖️ Weight: ~47 lbs🧠 Very intelligent and quick to learn❤️ Great with kids🐕 Good with other dogs🦴 Loves treats, bones, and chew toys🌳 Enjoys walks, running, and being outside💤 Crate trained (may whine briefly, then settles)🚽 Potty routine every 4–5 hoursMy personality:I can be a little growly or unsure when first meeting new people, but I warm up quickly with patience and kindness. Once I trust you, I’m all cuddles, love, and happy energy!My ideal home:I’m a high-energy working breed mix, so I need an active home where I can run, play, and stay mentally stimulated. I’ll thrive with someone who has time to train, exercise, and bond with me.I’m currently at the DeKalb Humane Society waiting for my forever home. Binx is a 1-year-old Aussie mix weighing 29 pounds. She was caught after she was dumped on a state road. She had a badly injured leg, but it is now healed. We did an Embark DNA test on her. The results are in the photos. She is a gentle, sweet, active girl. She requires an active home with walks, hiking, running or other activity. Her foster has started her on an agility course which she enjoys. She must have a secured fenced in yard. Binx is spayed, up to date on shots, rabies and heartworm negative and on prevention. She does well with dogs and knows her basic commands. She loves to snuggle in bed with you. She gets a little anxious in a crate but enjoys a kong to help her relax. Her adoption fee is $425 ##2575367##
