My family got Darby as a puppy from a trusted breeder. Unfortunately he was not socialized as a puppy before we got him and he was not exposed to much outside of a play pin. He’s extremely loyal to me, to a fault. He is not aggressive in any way but barks every time someone walks toward me and follows me like a shadow. Everyone in our home has been so patient and sweet with him but nothing is helping. He is amazing with kids, will always be near them. We have a 175lb dog that he loves and we also have a cat that he has never had issues with. He is the most beautiful dog and is truly precious. I just can’t have a shadow and my family is tired of the barking.

Zeus is a very smart and obedient dog for the most part. He knows all the basic commands. He is 3 years old and in great health. We are not able to keep him because he tries to herd/nip our small grandchildren, which we have learned is common with this breed. He is high energy and needs lots of exercise and room to run. He is very protective . He is a big baby at heart who likes belly rubs.

She is amazing with children (just needs work on being too excited around small children She absolutely loves sniff walks and fetch to wear her out and work her brain. She will need a more involved owner who understands her needs. She’s got some unique quirks that make her even more special! She needs a very slow introduction to other dogs but has been able to play with and be around some other non dominant dogs. She does have Addison disease which is kept in control with a monthly injection. She would benefit from a forever home with someone who can keep up with that and give her a calm loving environment to spend her golden years.
