Story
Sam is a 18 month old, Aussie mix. Sam is affectionate, comical, and loves to "talk." He will do best with experienced owners who are skilled in handling strong, intelligent adolescent dogs. Sam needs daily work, or activities to satisfy his mind & energy levels. Although Sam is wary of strangers, he will warm up with time and encouragement. He is good with other dogs. Since he is little high-strung, I don't recommend him around elderly/weak persons, young children or small animals without close supervision. He's potty-trained as long as you monitor his intake and keep him on schedule. Sam is microchipped , neutered and crate-trained. He is used to indoor/outdoor housing. His adoption fee includes the care that I have put into him and to insure he goes to a great home. Serious inquiries only.

Courtesy Post: Owner Surrender/Rehoming- Atlanta, GA Meet Hudson Fox! He is a 2-year-old Australian Shepherd/Australian Cattle Dog mix and weighs between 45-50 lbs. He is neutered, microchipped, up to date on shots, and on heartworm prevention. Hudson Fox is nervous around strangers! He hasn’t been tested around kids. He is good with cats! No dogs, due to his reactivity! He is housebroken and crate trained. Hudson Fox has bitten 3 people. He bit the owner in May 2023 when they attempted to put a muzzle on him while at the vet clinic. He bit the owner’s friend on the hand in May 2024 when meeting him for the first time. Hudson Fox also bit the owner in October 2024 when they attempted to clean his paws after he had an accident in the house. The owner is surrendering him because of his severe anxiety. He also needs an environment with a fenced-in yard, so he can run. He needs to go ASAP! If you think you can provide a great home for Hudson Fox, please contact the owner listed below. There is a $100 rehoming fee to assure good folks with good intentions. This fee will be donated to Australian Shepherds Furever for their assistance in placing Hudson Fox. Story
My name is Opal - I am 5 months old & a quick learner ! I love running and treats. I am leashed trained and love kids! 4-29-26 update: Per the vets: Has Australian Shepard in her; 29.8 #; HW negative; very timid - needs more confidence training. Keep her on good dog food; will grows a couple more inches the next month or two. Very friendly dog, and will be a great house dog. Her favorite trick is to pretend she's Houdini - tries to escape her harness during learning lessons without you noticing - she is clever ! Opal would love to be a running partner with you. Hard to tell at 5 months exactly my mix, but my mama is a smaller size German Shepard mix, my daddy, unknown by the vet said I look like an Australian Shepard ! Opal has 1 blue eye that sparkles. I am well behaved around toddlers, and adults. Teenagers that smother me with hugs and kisses are my favorite. I have several puppy sisters, and now big dogs to teach me to run and play, but so far there no cats where I live now. I've been around loose yard cats and didn't even look at them twice. Loves children - even wants to swim with them in a pond or baby pool. She lets them crawl in her crate at nap time without a fuss. Opal is full of kisses and so gentle - but she loves to chew plastic saucers under potted plants, or pull crate matts out and lay on them in the sun - silly girl! So Opal has been spayed, very ready to go to her furever home to be a part of your furever family. She just needs a chance for a real furever home - she is ready and willing to learn the basics of your home!
