Adopted as a puppy after recovering from a medical emergency for a foreign body and infection Graham lived in his adoptive home for 3.5 years. He was recently returned, through no fault of his own, because his adopters living situation changed. Now this sweet boy is starting over and deserves a home that will never abandon him again. And Graham…..oh what a gem he is. He’s kind, he’s easy, he’s great with other dogs and tested well with cats. He’s the goodest of boys and truly deserves the very best of homes. A home that will promise him forever and cherish every moment he happily gives. He craves the human companionship he lost and we’re determined to find that perfect family who can give this most perfect boy his real forever home. I was left in the desert and I let a nice lady take me home. I got a bath, and then I went to live here, at the rescue. Barney and Anita are my besties (and also adoptable!). I will not be friends with cats or other small animals. I like bigger dog friends who can keep up with my energy! My new human also has to keep up with my energy. We are looking to rehome our 15-month-old Australian Shepherd to the right home. He is a smart, high-energy dog who does best with structure, stimulation, and attention. ✔️ Good with kids (older kids preferred due to his energy) ✔️ Knows basic commands: sit, stay, place, crate, and heel ✔️ Treat/food motivated and eager to learn ✔️ All vaccinations up to date With another baby on the way, weve made the difficult decision that we can no longer give him the time he needs. We want him to go to a home where he can truly thrive. Experienced owners, preferably those familiar with medium-to-large or high-energy breeds, are preferred. He will come with his crate and all accessories.

Pete is a deaf 8 year old border collie. He has issues going potty inside, which we cannot afford to have a vet examine him about it unfortunately. I have newly escalating personal medical needs, and my husband and I cannot give him the enrichment and exercise he also deserves. Pete is extremely sweet and caring around small children and cats and dogs. He rarely barks and loves playing fetch.
