This amazing ez going girl had 24 hours to live... until we stepped in and rescued her from the euthanasia list. What a shame it would have been for this special gal to have not had the opportunity to be part of a family. Maizey just goes with the flow. Walk.. ok! Watch a movie... OK! Go for a ride...OK! Cuddle time... OK! She is a perfect work from home girl. She can be a bit timid at first when meeting new people, but warms up fast. She is around 5 years old and weighs a perfect 40 pounds. All dogs in our program are up to date on all their shots, spayed or neutered, and micro chipped. Our dogs are in foster homes which enables us to learn more about them in a home environment. We do not place dogs on a first come first serve basis, but rather to the home best suited for them. An application, adoption fee and contract are required. Artemis is another example of a dog that was taken on as a puppy. The novelty wore off. Their solution to this now bigger dog was to keep him crated most of the time and ignored. Then the next step was to rehome him. He is a beautiful dog. A young playful super smart boy. Knows basic commands., loves to play and frolic with other dogs He is coming up on 1 year of age. Artemis will make a great dog for an active social lifestyle. He's such a good boy. Rides well in the car. All dogs in our program are up to date on all their shots, spayed or neutered, and micro chipped. Our dogs are in foster homes which enables us to learn more about them in a home environment. This ridiculous litter of fluff balls was rescued with mom Zelda (last pic) from a machine shop in the middle of nowhere in the agricultural lands of Bakersfield. Mom was pretty drained from nursing, but she did a fantastic job. The puppies are happy healthy and playful. They were born 9/26/24. Mom weighs around 62 pounds. She has an amazing temperament and is extremely sweet. We are guesstimating the puppies to be in the 60-70 pound range. All dogs in our program are up to date on all their shots, spayed or neutered, and micro chipped. Our dogs are in foster homes which enables us to learn more about them in a home environment.
