Story
Duke is a 5-year-old Australian Shepherd that I’ve had for the past couple of years. He’s an energetic, affectionate, and goofy dog who loves being around people and other dogs. He enjoys playing fetch, catching frisbees, going to the park, and running around outside. After he’s gotten his energy out, he’s a big cuddler and loves curling up next to you. He’s house trained, has good recall, and knows basic commands like sit and stay. He’s very communicative and will let you know when he needs to go outside or eat. He can be a little nervous around new people and may bark at first, but he warms up quickly and becomes very friendly and loving. Duke does great with other dogs and tends to match their energy well. He seems to like kids, though his experience is somewhat limited. I’m unsure how he is with cats. He may have some mild anxiety and does not do well around bicycles, likely due to herding instincts. I’m looking for a home where he can get plenty of exercise, attention.
