He is currently being leash trained using a gentle leader so that he will know how to walk calmly with his new family. Sax is looking for fun and adventure! He loves to run around and chase balls. If you need an excuse to get up and go hiking or running, then Sax will be your buddy for life. He is ready to create memories with you.FOCCAS is a foster based, non-profit rescue in Crossville, TN. The adoption fee Includes Age-Appropriate Vaccinations (DA2PPV, Bordetella, Rabies), Deworming, Spay/Neuter, Microchip, Flea/Tick/Heartworm Prevention, and Sheltering. Adult Dogs are Heartworm Tested and Treated as Needed. FOCCAS does not DNA test or guarantee breed. Penelope is a beautiful approximately 2 year-old Aussie mix. She is a sweet and loving dog that is very active and loves to run and play. She is also warm, affectionate and cuddly. A fenced yard is recommended since she loves to play outdoors in the yard. She is not fond of cats, but does well with other dogs. She is up to date on all shots and spayed. She is currently in a foster home, but truly needs a permanent family of her own that can spend active time with her. Penelope also has a medial luxating patella in one of her rear legs. This simply means her femur slides out of her knee joint periodically and then slides back in. She will limp for a few seconds and then it stops. It is common among many dogs and does not affect her health or any other aspect of her life. She runs like the wind!
