Story
Meet Maggie, the Sweet and Lovable Husky Mix! About Maggie: Maggie is a delightful Husky mix with a heart of gold. Her stunning blue eyes and soft, fluffy coat make her a beauty to behold, but it's her sweet and friendly nature that will truly capture your heart. While Maggie may be a bit shy when you first meet her, she quickly warms up once she feels comfortable. Her gentle demeanor and loving personality make her the perfect companion for a family or individual looking to add a furry friend to their home. Training: M aggie has basic training under her belt, which means she knows commands like sit, stay, and come. She's also house-trained and walks well on a leash. While she may need a little time to adjust to new routines, her eagerness to please and intelligent nature make her a quick learner. What to Expect When Adopting a Dog: Adopting a dog is a rewarding experience that comes with responsibilities and joys. Here are some things to consider: Adjustment Period: Every dog needs time to adjust to their new home. Be patient with Maggie as she learns to trust and feel secure in her new environment. Time and Commitment: Dogs require daily exercise, mental stimulation, and social interaction. Make sure you have the time to devote to Maggie's needs, including playtime, training, and walks. Veterinary Care: Regular check-ups, vaccinations, and preventative care are essential to keep Maggie healthy. Be prepared for both routine and unexpected veterinary visits. Training and Socialization: Continue Maggie's training to reinforce good behavior and manners. Socializing her with other dogs and people will help her become a well-rounded and confident dog. Love and Affection: Maggie will thrive in a home where she receives plenty of love, attention, and positive reinforcement. Building a strong bond with her will bring immense joy and companionship. Why Maggie? Maggie is more than just a pretty face; she's a loyal and loving companion ready to shower you with affection. Her initial shyness is quickly replaced with a warm and friendly demeanor once she feels safe. Story
Hammer is an absolute gem with the most delightful personality! She is a survivor of parvo and although she gave us a few scares, she managed to pull through and is now a happy, healthy dog. She's a smart girl who has been with us since birth and is now a year old. Hammer gets along great with people, dogs, and kids and is a total love bug who adores cuddling up with her favorite humans. She can be a bit territorial over her food and toys if you have other dogs, but it's nothing to worry too much about. Hammer is a puppy and has puppy tendencies. She is looking for a family to learn and grow with. If you are interested in adopting me, please go to the Ozzie and Friends website https://www.ozzieandfriendsrescue.org  October 17, 2024, 11:04 am
