Story
Meet Luke He is almost a year old and has spent most of his life in boarding or a rescue facility. He and his brothers, Bambi and Flower were actually transported to a rescue in Iowa and spent a few months there but they didn't have any interest. So we felt it was best to bring them back here and give them another chance here. He is great with other dogs, is jumpy and playful, not leash trained but willing to please. Skittish when approached but just needs to learn that people want to love him and give him a great life. He would benefit from structure and training. He is also better once separated from his brothers. Since they have been together their whole lives, they rely on each other and truly deserve one on one time and to be part of a family. Who can give Luke a chance to know true love and be part of a family?!

Story
Meet Copper! Copper is a very sweet, active and playful guy! He is about 12-18 months old, and at his last vet visit weighed in at 51 pounds. We think Copper probably has some Australian Shepherd, along with several other breeds including possibly Belgian Shepherd. Greyhound or Carolina dog. Copper is a beautiful and happy boy. He’s lucky to be alive! Copper came to us from the shelter at a time when he was minutes from losing his life because he had an upper respiratory infection. We are so glad he is with us now, and we will find his perfect forever home for him! Copper does well in a crate, he also does well on a leash. Copper would love to be a hiking or running buddy! His foster mom said he is doing well at learning house training. Copper loves to play with his doggy friends especially tug-of-war with the big rope toys and will do wonderful at a daycare or dog park with other active and playful dogs! Interested in becoming a forever home for Copper? Fill out our online adoption application: http://www.friendswithfourpaws.org/adoption-form.html This is the first step in our process, and we don't go any further without an application. Story
Are you looking for a unique, petite bundle of fun...look no further...this is Jessye Storm. Jessye is 5 years old and only 36 pounds. Due to her small stature and coloring we think Jessye may have some Aussie and Welsh Corgi in her. This dog is the real deal in a small package! She is crate trained, housebroken, very gentle on the leash, quiet, loves children and adults alike and she has done well with introductions to other dogs. She will let you know when she needs to go outside but she is not a fan of hot weather. Jessye will give gentle hugs and kisses and loves car rides and any adventure that you will like to take her on. Jessye is waiting for her perfect family...could that be you! Jessye had bloodwork and a dental, and is currently being treated for heartworms. Interested in becoming a forever home for Jessye Storm?
