Story
Meet Luke He is almost a year old and has spent most of his life in boarding or a rescue facility. He and his brothers, Bambi and Flower were actually transported to a rescue in Iowa and spent a few months there but they didn't have any interest. So we felt it was best to bring them back here and give them another chance here. He is great with other dogs, is jumpy and playful, not leash trained but willing to please. Skittish when approached but just needs to learn that people want to love him and give him a great life. He would benefit from structure and training. He is also better once separated from his brothers. Since they have been together their whole lives, they rely on each other and truly deserve one on one time and to be part of a family. Who can give Luke a chance to know true love and be part of a family?!

Story
Meet Jack Frost! He is 2 1/2 years old and has spent most of the last year in a boarding or rescue facility. He was actually transported to a rescue in Iowa and spent a few months there but they didn't have any interest. So we felt it was best to bring him back here and give him another chance here. He would be a great farm dog, as he was at a home for a short time and nipped at the ankles of the therapy horses, so he knows what he is supposed to do, but he just couldn't do it to those horses, since they are for therapy. Who can give Jack Frost a chance to know true love and be part of a family?!

Story
Meet Annie! Annie is a 2-year-old spayed Australian Cattle Dog with a heart full of love and a story of incredible bravery. This gentle girl is as sweet as they come and would love nothing more than to curl up on the couch by your side—she’s a certified couch potato and the perfect companion for a cozy, laid-back lifestyle. In September 2024, Annie was found with her four tiny puppies—just three weeks old—living under a collapsed barn. The property owner, unaware they were there, was preparing to burn the rubble when Annie bravely emerged from her hiding spot. Though timid and cautious, she mustered all her courage to approach him and led him back to where her puppies were nestled. Without her heroic action, she and her babies might never have been found in time. Annie had been fighting with all her strength to keep her puppies fed and safe, but it took a great toll on her. She was severely underweight—just skin and bones—but her love for her babies kept her going. Thankfully, a foster stepped in to give Annie and her four boys the security they desperately needed, allowing her to regain her health and focus on caring for her pups. Her hard work paid off—all four of her puppies have been adopted into loving homes. Now, it’s Annie’s turn to find her forever family. She’s house and crate trained, very low-maintenance, and happiest when snuggled up with her favorite person. While she is shy and shows signs of past abuse, Annie is incredibly food-motivated (especially with treats like steak!) and opens up with patience and kindness. She can be anxious in new situations, especially around cars, but once she feels safe, her sweet and lazy personality shines. Annie would thrive in a calm, stable home with someone who is a homebody or an older individual or couple. She doesn’t need much—just a safe, loving space where she can relax and feel secure. After everything she’s been through, Annie is ready for her second chance at happiness. Could you be the one to give this couch potato the love she deserves?
