Available Young Beautiful Mixed Breed Approximate DOB 7/11/2021 – About 45 lbs Phoebe is beautiful, sweet, loving, and eager to please. Very people oriented, smart, treat motivated. Enjoys cuddling and pets and just being loved. Enjoys walks and just running around patrolling the yard. Phoebe is leash trained, crate trained, house trained, dog door trained, and has some basic obedience training. Loads and rides nicely in the car. Phoebe has an amazing temperament. She loves everyone as long as they are welcome in the yard by her loved one otherwise she will bark and bristle. Phoebe has gotten along with all the other dogs she has met but we still do a walk side by side upon meeting just to ensure they are good together. She is also very accustomed to cats in the house and doesn't even acknowledge them. She can be a little sketchy with men if they act odd and threatening something we had not seen before. However, the last person who came out to meet her started jumping towards her making weird movements like wanting to play wrestle but she didn't know him so it just freaked her out and make her not trust him and then they couldn't control their dog and with her being on the smaller side I didn't need her getting hurt so they were asked to leave. Anyhow, Phoebe loves to play and mosey around with other dogs and is just such a girl girl. She would do wonderful in a home with an active person/family she can follow around, go running and hiking with, camping, and playing with all day and then cuddling with on the couch in the evening. Phoebe is super loving and sweet with everyone she meets and would make an absolutely wonderful addition to any loving family wanting a well behaved, mellow girl that would love to have her own person to love and protect. If you have other dogs it is recommended you bring them out to the meeting but not required. Steps for adoption: Read bio, email to request application or download it from the main website, fill it out completely and email it back, once approved you will receive an email asking you when you would like to come out to meet the pet, schedule an appointment, directions will be emailed or text to you.
