Story
Meet Dorothy Dorothy, formerly known as Huckaby, is a resilient senior girl who was saved from the euthanasia list and is now getting the second chance she deserves. After being neglected and dumped, she was in rough shape, but thanks to proper care and the love of her foster family, Dorothy has blossomed into a happy, vibrant dog. Her foster says she is no couch potato — now that her medical issues have been addressed, she has a new lease on life. Dorothy absolutely loves her walks, enjoys staying active, and is proving to be a wonderful farm dog. She gets along with all the other animals and is gentle, kind, and well-mannered. Dorothy is affectionate, loyal, and eager to be part of her family’s daily routine. She still appreciates a soft bed and plenty of love, but she also thrives on activity and companionship. This sweet senior is looking for a forever home where she can continue to shine. If you’re looking for a dog who will reward your kindness tenfold, Dorothy is ready to be your loyal companion. Story
December is a beautiful 2 year old female Kelpie&#194&#150Border Collie mix with a gentle heart and a thoughtful soul. She's super sweet and affectionate once she feels safe, and while she can be a little shy at first, her loving personality shines through as she warms up. December would do best in a home with children over the age of 10 December does well with dogs her size or larger and would enjoy a confident canine friend to help her settle in. She's also comfortable around livestock, making her a great fit for a rural or farm-style home. One of her favorite things? Car rides! She's a calm, happy co-pilot who's ready for adventures big and small. Because of her prey drive, December needs a cat-free home. In return, she offers loyalty, softness, and a deep bond with her people. She'll thrive with patient adopters who give her time, reassurance, and plenty of positive experiences to build confidence. If you're looking for a kind, sensitive companion who will blossom with love and consistency, December might just be your perfect match. Story
Meet Kaleidoscope — and yes, she lives up to the name. 💫This silly, sparkly cattle dog mix is a whirlwind of joy wrapped in fur. One minute she’s zooming figure-eights around the yard, the next she’s tossing her toy in the air like she’s performing in her own personal circus. Life with Kaleidoscope is never boring — it’s colorful, chaotic (in the best way), and completely full of laughter.True to her cattle dog roots, she’s smart as a whip and always looking for her next “job.” Whether it’s learning new tricks, mastering a puzzle toy, or supervising your household activities with intense focus, she’s happiest when her brain and body are busy. An active home that loves walks, hikes, play sessions, or even agility would be her dream come true. But don’t let the zoomies fool you — underneath all that energy is a sweet, affectionate girl who adores her people. After she’s burned off her rocket fuel, she’s more than happy to lean in for pets, flash her goofy grin, and soak up all the attention.Kaleidoscope would thrive with:• An active family who appreciates her enthusiasm• Ongoing training and mental enrichment• Playtime — lots and lots of playtime• A sense of humor (because she is hilarious)If you’re looking for a dog who will keep you moving, keep you laughing, and keep your life bursting with color, Kaleidoscope is ready to make your world a whole lot brighter. 🌈✨We require professional obedience training from a certified trainer for ALL adoptions.
