Rocky is a sweet, fun, loving boy. He will be one year old in January he is fully house trained. He is crate trained, and knows basic commands. He gets along very well with other dogs. He is very scared on the leash, but we are working on that. He is good with my children, but lacks patience with my five-year-old. My other dog has gotten a bit aggressive towards him lately as well. We want him to have the happiest life so we think he would do better in a home with older children and possibly the only dog.

This is NOT an apartment dog. If you're looking for a FABULOUS girl to entertain your family, join you on daily RUNNING (or even walking) go hiking/beach/baseball games, THIS IS YOUR GIRL! Max is the dog on the left in this photo, the black and tan. She is a beautiful young girl who was initially rescued as a small puppy with her family from a farm in the Central Valley where they were abandoned. She has been living with a foster and now she needs to find her forever family. She is very sweet, very playful, has lots of energy, and loves her people. She is dog friendly, not sure about cats. She'd be a great dog for an active person or family. She will need a decent sized yard to run around in, and some practice going on walks, since her current caregiver hasn't taken her on walks. She is good about going in her crate when she is told. She will need to be spayed, but is up to date on all vaccinations and is in perfect health.
