MEDICAL DEADLINE3PM 12/15/24Name: MagnoliaAnimal ID: A853695Age: 1 year 2 monthsAbout: Magnolia is a vibrant, gorgeous 1-year-2-month-old tricolor mix who`s ready to conquer the world, one playful pounce at a time. She and her sister, Azalea (A853696), are currently recovering from distemper and are seeking a loving foster home for at least 30 days. They can go home together (ideal) or separate foster homes. Magnolia is expected to recover fully and much faster from distemper outside of the stress of our shelter. She can interact with fully vaccinated pets in the home, but we always recommend pets be kept separated for 2 weeks to acclimate. PACC will offer vaccine boosters and counseling for your pets who vaccine status is unknown. Magnolia is a bundle of energy and loves to play. She`s also crate-trained and did great during her car rides. With the right foster home, Magnolia can continue to thrive and recover from her illness and find her fur-ever home.Available for foster care through PACC.Interested foster parties: • Must visit PACC before the 3pm 12/15/24, deadline to meet with a clinic technician who will go over notes and medical to ensure that it’s a good fit.

Story
Our family acquired Dawkins, an Australian Shepherd about 6 years old now, through a previous friend of my husband. This friend used to rent a room out of my husbands house, and when he eventually moved on, he was unable to take Dawkins with him so we have had him ever since. My husband and I are unsure as to Dawkins full life history, because he suffers from anxiety. We believe he is not in the right environment for his breed, as well as maybe experienced some trauma as a puppy. My husband and I had a baby in March, and ever since Dawkins has become more and more anxious, and is protective of my husband and I against the baby. Dawkins has tried harming the baby a few times. So it is safe to say Dawkins is not a family dog by any means, but I think he is misunderstood, and needs to be in a home with someone who can spend the time, attention, knowledge, and energy to care for him!

Story
Zuko is a great dog. He was adopted from a shelter around 8 months ago and is fully potty trained. He is a high energy dog who loves to run around and chase you or another dog, or get chased himself. He loves to play fetch, chew on a bone, and just run around and play. He is a super curious dog and has loved every person and every other dog he has ever met. Every dog he sees he just wants to play with. He is ok on a walk as he is a bit of a puller and likes to eat stuff off the ground occasionally. His high energy also doesn’t suit him for apartment living as it causes him to have some chewing problems inside. I don’t have the time or the ability to give him the life he deserves and am looking for someone who can. He is definitely man’s best friend!
