PLEASE NOTE: This dog is courtesy posted for another individual or Rescue. Different policies and fees may apply. Adopter Needed for Collin! Collin has come such a long way since joining the rescue! Initially an e-lister who was too scared to leave his kennel, Collin has blossomed over the past few months, revealing his true, wonderful nature. Now, Collin is a charming 3-year-old pup who's ready to steal your heart! Collin is dog-friendly, though he would do best in a home with dogs 40 lbs and up, and without cats. He's already potty trained, crate trained, and knows how to use a dog door like a pro. One of Collin's favorite pastimes is showing his affection through lots of kisses—he's a real cuddle bug! Collin thrives in a home with another dog companion and a yard to roam and play in. He is up-to-date on all his vaccines, neutered, and microchipped for added peace of mind. If you're looking for a loyal companion who will shower you with love and kisses, Collin might just be the perfect match for you! He's searching for a quiet, loving home where he can be himself and enjoy life to the fullest. Are you ready to welcome Collin into your heart and home? URGENT Courtesy Post: Owner Surrender/Rehoming- Surprise, AZ Meet Ghost! He is an 11 year old Australian Shepherd and weighs around 60 lbs. He is neutered, but isn’t up to date on shots or on heartworm prevention. Ghost is good with older children and cats! No younger children or dogs, due to his reactivity! Ghost previously belonged to a relative who moved out of the country. The current owner is surrendering him because he is anxious around their other dogs and younger grandchildren. He needs to go immediately! If you think you can provide a great home for Ghost, please contact the owner listed below. There is a $150 rehoming fee to assure good folks with good intentions. This fee will be donated to Australian Shepherds Furever for their assistance in placing Ghost. Owner’s Contact Information: Jonathan 6 - jkqualls06@gmail.com

Story
Winston is a sweet and loving 1.5-year-old boy. Winston had surgery to remove one of his back legs due to being hit by a car. Now Winston is running and playing with the other dogs just like any other young guy.      Winston is everybody's new best friend. He adores school age kids, plays well with dogs big and small and is an all around goofy loveable dogs. His ideal home is one with a dog door leading to a securely fenced yard. Winston is amazing and smart.  He learned how to use the doggy door with a bad leg and now is a tripod. He is quick to learn and very lovable. Winston is only about 35 pounds and would love another dog to wrestle and play with him. Winson loves everybody and adores school age kids. Due to his injury he will never be a dog that needs or wants long walks...a yard where he can play would be ideal! A dog door is important too!   Winston has been neutered, vaccinated, and microchipped. His adoption fee of $350 helps offset the cost of medical expenses. If you live in the Phoenix metro area and think Winston could be the right fit for you, please complete an adoption application* at: https://www.helpadogsmile.org/adoption-application/ .       *Please note that the application is not a commitment to adopt–it is a tool used to help determine if a dog and applicant would make a good match. Applications are forwarded to the foster family for review and follow-up.  November 5, 2024, 8:51 pm

Story
Meet Edmond, an adorable 15-lb, 5-month-old mini something mix who is ready to find his forever home! I am sort of like a mini cattle dog!  Background: Edmond was found as a stray with his brother, Felix. Can you believe two tiny sweethearts survived alone on the streets in the middle of summer?  Personality: Edmond is a bundle of joy! He is a curious guy who likes to explore. He loves to play with toys and other dogs before napping in his foster parent’s lap.   Health: Edmond has been dewormed, neutered, microchipped and received his bordetella and first set of distemper/parvo vaccines. Our rescue will pay for his remaining puppy shots.  Training: As a young puppy, Edmond is still learning the ropes. He is working on potty training in his foster home but will need continued training.  Ideal Home: Edmond would thrive in just about any kind of home where he can get plenty of love and attention. He would do well with a family that has the time to continue his training and socialization. Edmond gets along well with other dogs and would enjoy having a furry sibling to play with.  Adoption Requirements: His adoption fee of $350 helps offset the cost of medical expenses as outlined above. If you live in the Phoenix metro area and think she could be the right fit for you, please complete an adoption application*: helpadogsmile.org/adoption-application  *Please note that the application is not a commitment to adopt–it is a tool used to help determine if a dog and applicant would make a good match. Applications are forwarded to the foster family for review and follow-up.  November 10, 2024, 4:55 pm
