Story
We adopted Cleo from another family in the DFW area, about 7 months ago. They told us she was a great family dog, which she has been! She is loving, and energetic, and house trained (unless left out alone for many hours at a time). The only issue is that the previous owners didn’t quite disclose to us that she has some issues when it comes to interacting with other dogs. We have a small dog named Benji, and they are best friends; until they’re not. Cleo will randomly act out at him, in what seems like an unprovoked attack. She is a really sweet girl, but needs to be in a single-dog home. I would not take her to a dog park, or allow family dogs around her without verrrry close supervision. We think that it may be a “control” behavior, wanting to assert dominance. If this sounds like something you would be willing to take on, and into a loving home, please message me. She is actually great with kids and lets our 1y/o roll all over her without any reaction!
