Hi there! My name is Hare, and I'm excited to share my story with you. While I'm not exactly sure when I was born, people think I might have come into this world around 2017. My life took a significant turn in 2024 when I was rescued from an unlicensed breeding facility in Boryeong. Since then, I've been on a heartfelt journey to find my forever home, and I'd love to tell you a bit about myself. I can be a little shy when meeting new people, but I have a soft spot for treats! If you offer me a tasty snack, I'll warm up quickly and enjoy being petted. Though I haven't met many children under 13, I promise to be gentle and kind. You can even rub my belly and lift me up for some cozy cuddles! I absolutely love going for walks and have learned to walk calmly on a leash, staying right by your side. After our outdoor adventures, there's nothing I enjoy more than curling up on the couch and relaxing together. When it comes to my dog friends, I like to say hello but prefer to keep my distance-I'm not much of a player and like to avoid any drama. To be honest, not many dogs catch my attention, and I've never encountered a cat before, so I'm curious but unsure of how I'd react. Sometimes, I can feel a little anxious when left alone, so I might let you know if I'm missing you. I'm working on building my confidence and learning that it's okay to be independent. I may also speak up when I want something from you-after all, communication is key! I'm fully trained to use indoor pads and enjoy outdoor bathroom breaks. I absolutely love food, so it's best to be cautious when feeding me. I tend to be more attached to humans than other dogs, and I calm down wonderfully when I'm with you. I truly thrive on human companionship, and I know I'll be happiest by your side. My journey to find a loving home hasn’t been easy. I was rescued from a place that pretended to rehome pets but was actually a harmful environment where dogs were mistreated. Thankfully, I’m now safe and ready to find my real forever family, where I can give all the love I have! My Social Side I’m a friendly little boy who loves people! I’m happy to approach both familiar faces and strangers, nudging them for pets and affection. I might be a little shy at first, but if you offer me a treat, I’ll warm up quickly and let you pet me all you want! I’m gentle and enjoy a good cuddle—especially after a nice walk or playtime. I might have a touch of separation anxiety, so I really appreciate having company as much as possible. I’m very sociable with other dogs and enjoy saying hello to both new and familiar furry friends. I’m all for playtime, but I also appreciate some calm introductions, as I can be a bit reactive if another dog challenges me. With friendly dogs, though, I’m all about the play and companionship! As for cats, I haven’t met any yet, so I’m not sure how I feel about them. My Energy Level & Walks My energy level is moderate—I enjoy my outdoor time but am also happy to relax afterward. I’ve got experience with leash walking, so I don’t pull and will follow you nicely on walks. I love to explore and sniff around, but I’m well-behaved and will keep up with you! Why You’ll Love Me I may be small, but I have a big personality! I’m good about sharing my food with humans, though I might give a gentle growl if another dog gets too close to my meal. I’m also house-trained, comfortable with both indoor pads and outdoor spaces. When I’m in my crate, I’m calm and happy to relax. Last Message I might need a bit of patience as I adjust, but with a warm, loving home, I’ll thrive.
