Story
Meet Lenny Lucky! What an awesome dog he is! Lenny Lucky is approximately one year old weighs 48 pounds, and his foster's call him Lucky, and think he is perfect! He seems to like watching dog TV and will usually take a second look as he walks by a window or mirror! During grooming sessions he has done very well. Hi groomer said he has a shy demeanor, but sweet and cuddly and takes commends well. He loves being talked to when he is groomed! Lucky is calm in a calm environment and turns super playful when he it is time to play! He is an Aussiedoodle and came to us as a breeder surrender with his brother. Both were nearly all black and as can happen, black dogs have a hard time finding homes, Lenny's brother was adopted and is doing great with his family. We hope Lenny Lucky can find a home soon as well! He has your typical fun loving doodle energy and will make a fun playful addition to the family! Lucky plays very well in a group setting and is well crate trained. He likes going for walks and a run, and has done well with his leash training. Lucky knows sit for please and has been well mannered. He is a quirky boy and is very smart about some things, and not so much about others! Lenny Lucky has done well with all the doggie and human friends he has met.

If there are multiple dogs that you are interested in, please fill out an application for each dog. This does not include bonded pairs, one application will be fine. We have different adoption coordinators working with different dogs, and your application may be missed if you only apply once.

We put a lot of time and energy into processing our adoptions to find our babies the best fit home for them and you. Please do not submit an application if you are not serious about adopting.

Our adoption fee is $850. This includes their spay/neuter surgery, full (age appropriate) vaccinations, microchip insertion and registration, deworming, heartworm testing and prevention, flea and tick prevention and travel expenses.
All of our dogs are rescued from local shelters and the general public. Each dog is then placed in a foster home where he/she is kept for quarantine, to ensure if the dog gets sick it can receive proper treatment. We have foster homes in the NJ/NY area waiting to receive their fosters. Once an animal has received an application or there's an adopter interested, we make arrangements for transport. If a dog is already in foster care in NYC/NJ, an adopter will be put in touch with the foster home AFTER an application is being processed.
