Story
Reece came to God's Dogs Rescue like a calm, summer breeze. She was blessed with a huge litter of 14 puppies and has been a super great mom to all of them. They are all ready for adoption and have been posted, absolutely adorable and loving babies, just like their mama!! She is a calm and super sweet girl who would make a great companion to any family, she has the playful puppy side of her as well. Its like ly she has been on the streets having puppies for her whole short life....... so a little puppy playfulness is ok, right?? Reese is ready for her own couch, and MAYBE her own recliner?? Who can deny that sweet face?? Local adoption fee is $200 (in TX) Out of state adoption fee is $400 (includes transport to your area - $50 Temporary Fuel Charge will be added)

Story
Meet Trixie Belle!  Trixie Belle is one goofy gal searching for her forever home. Trixie  is an absolutely beautiful Anatolian Shepherd mix that weighs approximately 75lbs, and her estimated date of birth is 04/28/2018. Now if couldn't tell by the adorable snaggletooth, Trixie is quite the silly girl here at the shelter. She is the complete definition of a gentle giant when it comes to meeting potential adopters! Miss Belle does an amazing job when it comes to walking on a leash and she loves her treats! Outside is definitely her favorite place to be. Her thick Anatolian coat makes her super resillient to the elements, so this girl would spend as much time in the sun and snow as she could take! Trixie Belle is excellent with other dogs, cats, livestock, and also kids! As always we do require a meet and greet if you have any other pups at home. Trixie Belle is fully vetted, microchiped, and spayed. Her adoption fee is $175. Interested in this giant sweetie? Call 615-446-7387 to set up an appointment. ##1711485##

Story
I got Abel from a friend who takes in rescue animals Abel is 2 almost 3. I am looking for someone who is Able to be there for him more I work to much and can’t provide him the love and support he deserves He does know a few commands ( sit, shake paw, lay down and roll over.) Abel is very sympathetic, loving, energetic, playful, just an amazing dog. He is potty trained. Lastly he does have an issue with his eye(entropion) . Just got his rabies shot. 10/10/2024 He has plenty of toys and treats that I am willing to just give to who ever is Able to take care of him. Thank you so much. I just really don’t want to put my boy in a shelter that kills , but if I can’t find him a home it’s what I’m going to have to do because I have a kid on the way and have to start saving up money for a newborn.

Story
Hartsville, TN - Maggie - Anatolian Shep. Female - She is 2-3 years old. WAS LEFT FOR DEAD UNDER THE OWNER PORCH WITH A BROKEN/INFECTED LEG!!! A concern person begged to take the dog and then rushed her to the vet hospital. Sadly, the leg was broken for way too long and infected so they had to amputate her leg...... HEARTBREAKING. She is free to a loving home the will respect and care for her. She is doing great on 3 legs and no longer in any pain. She is actually quite remarkable and feeling so much better. She is not good with cats, nor chickens. She is good with medium size and large dogs.

These pups are in Franklin, Tennessee too!

Story
We are so excited to be a part of changing the future for this handsome male Great Dane called Neville.  Recently we were asked to help this one year old fawn colored boy to find a home and to do all the vetting from the ground up. You see, Neville was orphaned at birth when his momma died and he was hand- raised and fed by a woman who dearly loved him and still does. Eventually, she realized she was overwhelmed due to his size and the future of caring for him (she was a senior lady)  and sadly she surrendered him to Critter Cavalry Rescue.   Soon our foster mom who has two Great Danes herself, quickly figured out that Neville had only been around his Great Dane dad and siblings all his life and it was a sight to behold when he met the variety of dogs at this new foster home.  Neville tucked his tail and ran with sheer fright! He has since embraced all the foster dogs, cats, horses, donkeys and pigs as his friends. This special boy doesn’t have a mean bone in his body. And if you know the Dane breed traits, he is all of those and more.  He loves to run and play with all his new dog friends and we think he believes he has died and gone to dog heaven with all these friends to play with. Eager to please, Neville is the happiest when he puts his huge head in your lap to absorb all the love from his foster mom.  He loves to be petted and told how good a boy he really is. He is still a wee bit timid of new things and he will seek out a kind human to lean on for reassurance that all is well.   He is not in the house 24/7, but close to being housebroken all the same.  He has been neutered and we talked his stomach for the prevention of stomach flipping later in life.  This common malady effects the large breed dogs in high numbers and the reality of it happening is huge.  It is costly and often how large dogs end up in the ER at the expense of well over $5000 with no guarantee that the emergency surgery will save the dog.   We try to give this all-important insurance by tacking the stomach to help prevent any future flipping of the stomach.  We know that Neville will be the love of some family’s life if he is chosen.  We will require a fenced yard and someone that does not leave him 8-9 hours daily for work.  Shorter work hours away are fine, but he will be lonely if left crated for 8-9 hours. If you are interested in this giant lovebug please email Critter Cavalry Rescue at ccrtennessee@gmail.com   He is worth every penny donated to adopt him.  You will see that instantly. PLEASE NOTE:   Our dogs and cats are fostered in Tennessee and can transport weekly up to the Northeast region.  Request an application and learn more about Critter Cavalry at https://www.crittercavalry.com/adoption.November 3, 2024, 10:10 pm
