Story
Jackson was adopted from the Humane society of Greate Dayton at 4 months old. Jackson is very sweet and extremely smart. He loves to play, and is super friendly. I watch my grandaughters all week who are still under 5 years old. As a result he is not getting the attention I feel he deserves. I belive he would thrive in a home with a large back yard and an owner that is able to devote more time with him.

Story
Aylin is a beautiful Anatolian Shepherd mix. Anatolian’s are known for their background of herding and protecting endangered species. Typically their breed are independent but not Aylin she is 72 lbs and full love to give. Although big she is shy and gentle and would love a family that matched her gentle nature. Aylin does well with meeting new people and dogs. She loves her Benebone and chewing on other toys. She came from a shelter so she will need someone who is patient with her and help with training such as leash training (does well with a Halti collar) and redirecting during loud sounds. Due to her size, she has trouble getting in to cars but once in she loves car rides and meeting other people! It would be best to use a dog ramp when getting her in and out of a car. She eats well, will graze her food throughout the day, just don’t leave a trash can open near her. Aylin is a very sweet girl and would love someone to relax with after her walks and watch some tv together. If you are interested in adopting Aylin please apply at pawpatroldayton.com. Her adoption fee iduring our Home For The Holidays Campaign s 140 dollars which includes being microchipped, up to date on vaccinations, and being neutered. All of our animals are vaccinated, micro-chipped and spayed/neutered before being adopted.

Story
Hi, I’m KC!  I’m a 4 year old female Anatolian Shepherd mix. I’m a big girl at 92 lbs and my foster mom says I should gain another 5-10 lbs. Good thing because I LOVE to eat. My foster mom says I’m very “food motivated” and she’s been using that to train me. I love everyone I meet, especially kids. I live with another big dog and two cats. I really like playing with the dog. The cats don’t want to play with me, which makes me sad but I get it. I’d love a forever home that would take me on walks and let me curl up on the couch with them. I can’t wait for my forever home! All of our dogs are spayed or neutered, up to date on age appropriate vaccinations, microchipped and if over 6 months of age, heartworm tested and on heartworm preventative in their foster home. We require an approved application to meet any of our dogs. We do not have a shelter location and will not arrange a meeting without an approved application. We strive to make sure the bios provided for our dogs are complete and accurate; we do understand that mistakes happen, however, so if you absolutely cannot find the answer to your question in the dog's bio, you can contact us for more information. We require a home visit for each dog we adopt out, so we adopt within a 2 hour radius of Dayton, OH. If you are outside of this radius, we encourage you to contact your local rescue or shelter.   December 10, 2024, 12:14 pm

Story
If you like big dawgs, Sugar may just be the gal for you! Sugar is an 18 month old Anatolian Shepard who is the sister of alumni Tyson (nka Floki). and weighs a solid 80 lbs. Sugar loves to sniff the great outdoors and run of course and is good on the leash. She is sweet natured, friendly, and has long legs. Although she loves to explore, she does so when there are humans nearby and checked in with them for pets. When we left the play yard, she stopped exploring and stood at the gate watching the humans. Sugar is spayed and UTD on all shots. If you would like some Sugar, apply at www.caninecollective.org.
