Hi, I’m KC! I’m a 4 year old female Anatolian Shepherd mix. I’m a big girl at 92 lbs and my foster mom says I should gain another 5-10 lbs. Good thing because I LOVE to eat. My foster mom says I’m very “food motivated” and she’s been using that to train me. I love everyone I meet, especially kids. I live with another big dog and two cats. I really like playing with the dog. The cats don’t want to play with me, which makes me sad but I get it. I’d love a forever home that would take me on walks and let me curl up on the couch with them. I can’t wait for my forever home! All of our dogs are spayed or neutered, up to date on age appropriate vaccinations, microchipped and if over 6 months of age, heartworm tested and on heartworm preventative in their foster home. We require an approved application to meet any of our dogs. We do not have a shelter location and will not arrange a meeting without an approved application. We strive to make sure the bios provided for our dogs are complete and accurate; we do understand that mistakes happen, however, so if you absolutely cannot find the answer to your question in the dog's bio, you can contact us for more information. We require a home visit for each dog we adopt out, so we adopt within a 2 hour radius of Dayton, OH. If you are outside of this radius, we encourage you to contact your local rescue or shelter. Aylin is a beautiful, 2 year old Anatolian Shepherd mix. Anatolian’s are known for their background of herding and protecting endangered species. Typically their breed are independent but not Aylin. She is 72 lbs and full of love to give. Although big, she is gentle and would love a family that matches her sweet nature. Aylin does well with meeting new people and dogs. She loves her Benebone and chewing on other toys. She came from a shelter, so she will need someone who is patient with her and help with training such as leash training (does well with a Halti collar) and redirecting during loud sounds. She loves car rides, has become a pro at jumping in and out of the SUV, and meeting new people! She eats well, will graze her food throughout the day, just don’t leave a trash can open near her. Aylin is a very special girl and would love someone to relax with after her walks and is the definition of Netflix and Chill. As a bonus, Aylin is fully house trained! Jackson was adopted from the Humane society of Greate Dayton at 4 months old. Jackson is very sweet and extremely smart. He loves to play, and is super friendly. I watch my grandaughters all week who are still under 5 years old. As a result he is not getting the attention I feel he deserves. Meet Zay. She’s a 2 year old mastiff mix with the squishiest face ever (she’s also the aster of RBF). Zay came to us completely shut down, defeated, in a constant state of fear. After lots of confidence training, she has come out of her shell and absolutely loves to play with dogs, totally ignores cats and even enjoys taking treats and pets from humans. Zay is potty trained, crate trained and has been through several weeks of obedience training in addition to confidence building. She’ll come with training for her new family and the tools that have helped her “dog”. Zay REQUIRES at least one other dog living in home with her; we are not making exceptions as the trainer has advised us this is a necessity for her.
