Siri is a 1 1/2 year old, 100lb, Great Dane who has been spayed, double cherry eyes fixed, and had gastropexy surgery to prevent her stomach from flipping, which can be common in giant breeds. She is 1000% goofy girl. Though she sounds tough with her deep bark, she is more likely to tuck tail and hide behind you if something is scary. In fact, her recent trip to the vet had her sitting on her foster mom's lap while getting her vaccines. 🤣 Water from a hose is so fun, until the hose turns on her, then it's a mad dash to run away, tripping over her feet as she goes. Siri loves car rides and hopes her new family will take her on many adventures. A lot of experiences are very new to her, but she wants to be by your side doing it together. Siri is a little bit of a drama queen if she wants to do something, like go for a walk and you tell her no. Like every child, she tends to voice her opinion on why life is not fair. I swear she knows what you are saying, and you can almost understand her side of the argument. Siri will need a family committed to keeping up with her training. She is so much better with her new skills and her family needs to know how to help her continue to be the best girl she can be. Her adoption fee is $300 to help cover her medical and training.

You have to know how much Sable loves people and affection! Sable is a people-lover through and through, always seeking attention and affection from those around her. Sable is a people’s dog and potentially even a family dog. She is so patient and gentle with kids. In her eyes, any affection is good affection. She was with kids as young as 4 years old to 14 years old and was a gentle queen letting them hug on her, brush her, dress her up, etc. I’m sure she would have let them paint her nails too if it led to that. So if that video didn’t seal the deal, let me tell you a little bit more about Sable and why you should adopt her. You already know she’s great with kids and is so gentle with them but she is also incredibly smart and savvy! She is the type of dog that you could teach any trick and she would get the gold star buzzer from the America’s Got Talent judges. She’s that smart!! So if you love training and teaching your new dog some cool tricks, you need to adopt Sable. It would also be in her best interest for her adopter to have a general knowledge and understanding about her suspected breed. We believe Sable is a Belgian Malinois mix approximately 5 years old and currently weighs 55lbs and is full grown. She is a rescue dog and with any rescue, it’s always a mystery and we cannot guarantee breed or age. Sable is potty and crate trained and can go at least 14 hours overnight without any accidents nor do you hear a peep out of her! She truly is a lady. Sable loves to explore and she’s the best companion to take on adventures and to take for walks. She is gentle on a leash, only pulling every so often when she gets excited about something but responds so beautifully to corrections. You’ll catch her checking in with you from time to time on her walks as well. Sable is also a lady when she passes by other dogs when she is out and about. A quick hello and she’s off exploring the next sniff spot. She has a perfectly balanced energy where she can join you for hikes, adventures, long walk or even a run. Then after will be the most relaxed girly at home snuggling on the couch with you watching tv or laying by your feet chewing on a toy. She’s got the whole package! She even loves to go socialize at events! So if you’re a person that wants to be able to take your pup to the coffee shop, pickle ball, or even a sports grill/restaurant to watch Sunday football or meet with some friends. She is the perfect date. Sable is dog friendly and even does fantastic around small dogs and puppies. Sable met our small dog tester Mateo who is about 11 lbs and she was so relaxed, happy and at ease around him. Mateo was very comfortable around her too. He will typically lay down and act like he doesn't exist around a dog that he's not comfortable with and that was not the case with Sable. He enjoyed being around her. They walked with each other, respected each others space, shared toys, and food was dropped as well with no issues. So if you have a small dog that you want a companion for, Sable is your gal! She has been in many play groups but isn’t too interested in playing with other dogs. She’d much rather be loving on her person or learning a new trick. If you don't have other dogs, that's fine too. She would be happy being your one and only having all of the attention to herself. We also recommend a cat free home for Sable as well. She was a little too interested and wanted to play chase with our house cat Tom and no kitty would enjoy that. Sable would love a home that has a backyard where she can romp around when she pleases, soak up the sun on a relaxing day, and to hangout with her new family. If Cinnamon Roll were a person, he would be a hopeless romantic. Everything about him exudes an ability for deep love. When I first met him I was struck by his warm eyes which almost distracted me from his gorgeous brindle color, which I suspect may come from some mastiff mixed in there but of course, we can’t know for sure. Now he didn’t get the size of a mastiff, he is more like a half-size. The only way I would call him a gentle-giant would be if we were talking about love and loyalty- he is a giant in that sense! Cinnamon Roll weighs 64 lbs and is full grown at an estimated 3 years old. So this is him, gorgeous, glorious him. He may be considered a big dog but he isn’t imposing at all, I don’t think he has any concept of his potential to be intimidating and I am not going to either. Let’s have him out here being a big softie in that mastiff/staffie body. Once he gets home to his forever family, he is going to bond so deeply, be prepared for a dog that looks at you with big ol’ puppy dog heart eyes! I have also heard a tiny bit of chattiness out of him while hanging out in the living room so he may also tell you he loves you sometimes. When we introduced Cinnamon to new dogs he was calm, welcoming and easy-going but isn’t super playful. He is polite and tolerant, enjoying spending time with other dogs but passing on the games of chase or wrestling that were going on around him. An ideal doggie sibling would be moderately playful but Cinnamon Roll would be just as happy soaking up all the love himself. Another dog is not necessary for him to be fulfilled and happy. A home with a yard would be great for him but isn’t necessary. He will need a bit of polishing up on his leash skills, but he is attentive and treat motivated which will make the learning process a breeze. Regular walks, treats, and sweet talk will have him walking like a dream in no-time. While Cinnamon has a calm demeanor overall, no cats in the home for him. When we introduced him to our house cat he was a bit too interested for us to say he wouldn’t try to chase the cat and given his size, that would be chaos.
