Story
This gentle giant might be big in size, but he’s even bigger in heart. Sheep is a sweet, young dog who just needs a little time to feel safe. At first, he can be a bit worried in new situations, but once he knows you’re a friend, he’ll happily lean into your love. Sheep is looking for a calm, patient home with older kids who can respect his need to adjust at his own pace. If you’re searching for a kind-hearted pup who just needs a little reassurance to thrive, Sheep is ready to show you how much love a gentle giant can offer! What I Need In a Home:* Older children recommended

Story
Meet Toby, our St Bernard, Anatolian Shepherd and probably labrador mix young dog. He's relatively large and behaves like a big friendly guard/livestock dog but is only 70lbs. Here is an adoption profile link to a larger selection of photos. If you are on petfinder or adoptapet, you may only be seeing a few of his photos.https://petlover.petstablished.com/pets/share/1637235https://www.wagtopia.com/search/pet?id=1637235&name=Toby He is truly a once-in-a-lifetime type of dog. Holder of the coveted but sensationally elusive squirrel killer award (it was a pretty dumb squirrel to be honest).  Toby is a friendly, playful and very affectionate 2-year-old pup. Toby is your typical mountain pup, he is big, he can be loud but he is also well-behaved. He is in a foster home with the founder of the rescue. Toby is happy to live, hang out, play and go on walks with other dogs. He will literally chew on the same toy at the same time as another dog. Toby also knows how to use a pillow like a human. Toby seems well aware of his size and tends to avoid jumping on people unless encouraged, but even then, he does so gently.  Toby has been around small children without any issues, he's happy to vacuum up all of the dropped food. Toby also went on a roadtrip and got to visit white sands national park, he said it was like snow but warm and not edible. Toby would get to a campsite with his foster, go wander around a place he has never been before for 45 minutes (usually covering 2 or 3 miles) and then show back up at the campsite, in the pitch black. He can wander long distances and never seems to get lost, he once lost his foster dad in a forest outside of Santa Cruz, CA. When his dad hiked the 2 miles back to the car, guess who was waiting next to the car. He likes to bark at cows but he runs away from them if they turn towards him. He may have been an outdoor livestock dog at some point but he much prefers soft beds and pillows these days. He can also sleep on a rock when the time calls for it. Toby is patient with other dogs and does not resource guard.  Here is a video of Toby:https://youtube.com/shorts/PI6H-XSV_Xkhttps://youtu.be/x1xPY8SMHmIhttps://youtube.com/shorts/sxJ3YUF-VTIhttps://youtu.be/8pCzpRlzjZshttps://youtu.be/taYc83d26Ichttps://youtu.be/2K8zo-OLQe4https://youtu.be/_BE_jYzJh6chttps://youtu.be/aNEXxgw_4jQ Toby was picked up as a stray and we don't know anything about his past. However, he was a favorite of the shelter staff in Oklahoma. Toby is vaccinated, neutered and microchipped, ready for his new Colorado home and lifestyle. He is around 2 years old and weighs 70lbs. His adoption fee is $450. Toby knows just how miraculous a turn his life has taken when he was picked out by Havok’s Wolfpack and he is determined to live his new life to the fullest in the most playful and adventurous way, hopefully, with you. If you are interested in adopting Toby, please submit an adoption application here: www.havokswolfpack.com/adopt If your application is approved, we will contact you promptly.  ##1637235##

Story
Pickles is very sweet with me and my daughter (8yrs), she is often aggressive with new people. We've done our best but it's time to admit we aren't a good fit for her. We adopted her as a puppy and she's two years old now. Her mom is English mastiff/St. Bernard and her dad is from a long line of bovier de Flores. We did six months of training with pickles her first year. She's been such a gentle giant to me and my daughter. She used to be friendly with every dog she'd ever met except for our other dog, Gary. Gary doesn't like big dog. Something changed last year and she can be aggressive with people and other dogs. She chases our cats so we keep them separated. The home she came from had many cats and we were told that she never bothered them.

Story
Blocky headed cutie pie! Meet Rufus! A fun loving boy looking forward to settling down after the recent numerous transitions in his life. Rufus enjoys playing with toys, going on long walks and hikes, and opportunities for casual recreation with other dogs! Once settled down and comfortable in his routine, Rufus is likely to be a couch potato after a long day of fun. He can't wait to pile on the couch for movie nights with his new family!Rufus has come a long way since he first arrived at Foothills as a stray and has become a favorite of our volunteer walkers. Rufus loves exploring the world through his nose and perhaps may benefit from scent games that will keep his mind engaged by playing "find it" with buried toys and treats. When volunteers take him into one of the play yards, they better have a good supply of tennis balls because he LOVES a good game of fetch!Rufus will only be rehomed to a family with children 10 years of age and older and is recommended for a home without other dogs at this time. Meet with him today! Primary Color: Brown Weight: 73.2 Age: 2yrs 3mths 1wks
