Story
Cricket is approximately 1 to 1.5 years old. We found him roaming our neighborhood on our night cameras outside. It was the middle of summer and he was looking worse and worse trying to get through the heat. It took us a few weeks or so to get him to trust us. When we finally brought him inside, he was underweight and badly beaten up by another cat. He was afraid of everything at first. We've had him now for two months and he is fully healthy, happy, playful and very affectionate. He loves to give kisses. He has some separation anxiety that will likely go away once he is with a forever family. He is obsessed with food (understandably) but that means you cannot just leave too much food out for him. He is very resilient and has an easy temperament. He gets along with our cats and dog but needs someone who can give him all the attention he needs. We already have four pets with special needs--leaving little time for Cricket. He needs to be an indoor-only cat unless he goes out on a leash.

Story
Hello! My cat Zion is needing to be adopted because we have a baby who is severely allergic. It breaks our hearts to have to surrender him, but it helps to know he's going to a loving home. Zion is such a character. We suspect he was originally raised around dogs because he knows how to sit, give paw, and twirl. He loves treats and endless human interaction. He may be an older cat, but his heart is young. His heart also extends to his brother Kairo since they're a bonded pair. If adopted, all pet supplies are included (which includes about six months worth of food, toys, and accessories). Kairo's profile: https://www.adoptapet.com/pet/41573805-corinth-texas-cat
