Story
We call her the Gray Lady, Monica is an old soul. She is as sweet as she is lovely and has a megawatt purr. She enjoys playing with her sibs and toys. Adoption fee $100 for adult ( over 12 months old) and $125 for kitten (under 12 months old). adoption fee. All cats coming into your care will be delivered altered (spayed/neutered), tested for Fiv/FELV, microchipped, have received age appropriate vaccines, treated for fleas and worms. We are not first come, first serve. We try to match our kitties with the purrfect home. Silverton Cat Rescue is a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. We are an all volunteer organization. All our kitties are in foster care. We ask that you be patient with us as we connect you to the foster to set up a meet and greet. Most of our kittens are placed in bonded pairs. One of the most important ways we can support the behavioral and emotional development of a kitten is to make sure they’ve got a friend. Despite the common belief that cats are solitary animals, they’re actually incredibly social beings who thrive when they have feline friends from an early age. That’s why the cat experts always recommend adopting two kittens, or adopting a solo.
