Story
Wanda is a beautiful tortoiseshell kitten ready to meet the family who will take her home and love her forever! Wanda and her sister Willow are very bonded and will be adopted as a pair. They are about 14 weeks old. ** Wanda and Willow will only be adopted as a pair. ** These girls are loving, playful, and confident. They enjoy endless hours playing together and they get along well with the other cats in their foster home. They love all kinds of toys and "chase and rassle" games. We would describe their activity level as 9+ on a scale of 10. Eventually their kitten energy will subside, but they will do best in a home that isn't currently filled with delicate, valuable objects. When playtime is over, they love cuddling in a warm lap and they will expect to be welcomed to sleep on the bed with the people in their new home. All of our kittens for adoption have been spayed, microchipped, are up to date on vaccines, and have tested negative for FeLV and FIV. The adoption fee is $150 for a pair. If you are interested in meeting Wanda & Willow, please fill out the adoption interest form at our website (www.pdx-petadoption.org) and our adoption coordinator will respond promptly. Please note that we place cats in the following counties only: Multnomah, Washington, Clackamas and Clark. Animal Rescue & Care Fund is a small rescue organization. We rescue homeless animals only, and do not accept owner-surrendered pets. All our animals live with volunteers in their homes until they are matched with the right permanent family. Thank you for considering one of our pets for adoption.

Story
Meet Fitz, a charming 10-year-old domestic medium hair black cat with a heart full of love. Fitz is a big lap cat who adores snuggling and will make the perfect companion for anyone looking for a furry friend to cuddle with. Fitz has always lived with another cat and should do well with a single feline companion, though he’s also perfectly happy being the only cat in the household. While he hasn't been around dogs, he is great with older children (8+) and will thrive in a home where he can relax and enjoy peaceful interactions. If you're searching for a big, snuggly baby to bring joy and warmth to your home, Fitz is the perfect match for you. Adopt Fitz and experience the love and companionship of this sweet and affectionate cat.

Story
Artemis was rescued from an unfortunate situation where she was kept in a cage under a tarp on the street in an encampment. She is a very affectionate and social girl! She is very comfortable around all people, other cats, and dogs. She is very gentle and loves to play and climb! Artemis would do very well in an environment where she can have plenty of enrichment and indoors only. She would do just fine as a solo cat, and she would also do very well in a home with other animals.
