Story
Meet Bessie! This sweet and sensitive cat was found by a friend. She is declawed and very skinny, but calm and good natured. Bessie seems to be about 6 years old and has been seen by a vet, given necessary shots. She is currently being housed by my elderly father, where she has been for a couple of months. However, he is no longer able to care for her properly, and we are looking for a warm and welcoming new home where she can get the support and love she needs.

These pups are in Fairburn, Georgia too!

Story
Her mom (Oreo) is my cousin’s cat and earlier this year Oreo became pregnant with 5 babies. Me and my other cousins all chose the cat we wanted and I became a mom to my very first pet. Unfortunately due to unexpected circumstances, I no longer live in that house and the rehabilitation center I am staying at does not allow animals of any kind. I’ve tried to temporarily foster her and I’ve tried to allow my cousins to keep her until I move into my own place. Unfortunately their mother and I are not on good terms and because she does not like me she has been acting weird to Sophia for a few months now. I’m not there to see what’s going on and I don’t want anything to happen to her, especially when I cannot get to her. It would be my dream to keep her but it’s just not possible right now. I came here to get healthy so I could keep her forever but I do not have stable housing for her in the meantime so I just need someone who really loves cats and can give her the love and care she deserves
