Story
Meet Kilo: A True Survivor! Kilo is a sweet 1-year-old American Staffordshire Terrier mix who has overcome more than we can imagine. Weighing in at a healthy 53 lbs, he has gained the strength and weight he needed to thrive, and he’s looking better than ever! This handsome boy came to Sunny Bear Rescue after being seized in an animal abuse case. Although we don’t know all the details of his past, it’s clear it was not easy. 😢 Kilo is now neutered, microchipped, and up-to-date on his rabies vaccine, ready for his forever home! Kilo may be a bit scared when he first meets new people, but with patience, a gentle voice, and a little time, he quickly shows what a loving and affectionate pup he is. Once he trusts you, he transforms into an absolute ball of love. 🐶💕 Kilo is searching for a home where he can feel safe and loved, with someone who understands the trauma he has experienced and is willing to give him the time and affection he deserves. Kilo's incredible transformation is just the beginning, and now he’s waiting for his forever home to complete his journey. Could that be with you? 🏡❤️

Story
RELAY IS IN HIS FOSTER HOME IN MEMPHIS, TN, AND WILL BE TRANSPORTED TO VA ONCE ADOPTED!     Relay is a loving 6 year old looking for his true forever home. He loves to snuggle with you on the couch or bed, but also loves to get out. Relay enjoys his daily walks and trips to the dog park. In his foster home he does well playing with other dogs, cats, and kids. Though he does well with my dogs and kids I personally think he would be best in a kid free home, or older children, or maybe an active person/couple. He loves big! He picks his person and is protector. He’s really a great dog, but he needs patience, reassurance, and love. Relay is a house trained and kennel trained. He is perfect for your active home. He is completely vetted. Vetting includes spaying/neutering, microchip, rabies as well as all puppy vaccinations, and has been on preventatives. His adoption fee of $550 includes the transport to VA. We use a licensed and registered USDA transport company that will bring Relay up north to his new family.   If you have any questions, please email us at: newbeginnings_animalrescue@yahoo.com You can apply to adopt Relay here: www.newbeginningsanimalrescue.net THANK YOU FOR CONSIDERING ADOPTING A RESCUED PET!Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.November 5, 2024, 1:30 pm
