This is Teddy and with a name like that, you know what you’re in store for. We’re talking serious big hug energy. We all know the feeling of a perfectly timed hug, it’s a level of free therapy we all want and need- a true teddy bear in every sense! With his soft, cozy, warm brown fur and an irresistible charm, he’s the kind of pup that makes everyone feel better just by being around. From his absolute lover boy vibe to the the fun-uncle approach he has with kids- he is a swoon for the ladies and a dream wingman for the gentlemen. Watch Teddy's adorable antics! Now, let’s get down to business. While we can't be 100% sure about his breed or age, we suspect Teddy is some type of American Staffordshire Terrier mix, estimated to be around 3.5 years old and 62 lbs- a true hunk-of-love. Put the numbers aside, let’s talk about what really matters—Teddy’s personality and where he shines-with kids. He’s been lucky enough to be fostered in a loving home, where he’s mastered the fine art of house manners and is both house and crate trained. Yes, you heard that right—no messy surprises here! But his true crown and glory is how amazingly calm, patient, gentle and tolerant of it all when it comes to the littles. Truly, queue the AWWWW of a room full of women who got to watch a five year old squeeze Teddys neck with whole body for Teddy to turn around and lick his face with all the love a bully can have for a boy. Teddy has never met a stranger, kids are just little people and he is a fan of all the sizes, big to small. If that boy was put on this earth for one thing it’s to spread the warmth of what we call the “Teddy experience,” which starts with slobbery kisses and ends in tail-wagging bliss. He is a family-approved cuddler with a side of patient saint. Plus, he’s a stellar car rider, he will try to call shotgun but no matter where he sits, he will always be your passenger prince. And if you thought he couldn’t get any cuter, just wait until you give him a toy! His playful spirit goes into overdrive. Whether it’s tug-of-war or simply romping around, Teddy’s ready for fun and more than happy to entertain his audience. He’s a strong boy, so consider those play sessions a workout for both of you—mostly fun, with a side of exercise. When it’s time for a walk, he’s all in, eager to sniff every blade of grass! He knows basic leash manners, but his enthusiasm for it all can let him get ahead of himself but a handful of treats and you reminding him of what a good walk looks like and he will pace his enthusiasm. As far as canine-companions go, Teddy fills the “shoes” of at least two dogs and would love to be the one who single-pawed, lights up your life. With feline friends, he had a bit too much interest in our resident cat, Tom—so, no feline friends for Teddy. Not a deal-breaker in our book. Look at this girl! I personally am a sucker for dogs with resting sad face and Vienna absolutely has one of the cutest! Maybe she learned you get more treats if you look sad, or people offer a little more love to win your heart when you look a sad, whatever the reason, she knows it is working. This girl had me absolutely fawning over her. Look at her then come back to read more about her! With rescue we can never know a dogs breed or age with full confidence but we believe Vienna is 1.5 years old and is some type of pit bull mix but honestly, she looks like a few types all mixed in there. She currently weighs 70 lbs and is fully grown. Viennas favorite thing in the whole world is to be outside! She loves her foster parents swimming pool and just hanging out in the sunshine! We don’t know Vienna’s back story but we are happy to be part of her story moving forward. Found as a stray in a great neighborhood, it sure seems like this girl has been loved in this lifetime. For the next chapter of her life Vienna is looking for a home with another medium to large dog(s), older kids (she is a bit big and easily knocks over little ones) so 10 + is ideal, and a yard. She is house and crate trained! She loves to really bounce around when she plays and because of her healthy size, a home with a yard would be best. Vienna is working on her leash skills but is learning quickly. Speaking of learning quickly, this girl is super treat motivated so if you have a little time and a handful of treats, this girl will learn the basics and a few party tricks with no problem. Vienna can be slow to warm up to the occasional person while also falling hard and fast for others, but all around, she is a friendly and loving dog. Now that I think of it, aren't we all the same way. She has all the makings of a perfect hang-out girlie. We are so excited to introduce you to the sweetest girl around—Valley Girl! Doesn’t she just remind you of a squishy velvet piggy that you just want to smother with love and kisses?! She absolutely adorable and she’s a bundle of love with a heart as big as her personality. If you have guests come over for social hour, this social butterfly will be right there where all the action is. She recently went on a date to a burger joint where there are lots of people and she had so much fun! She does great out in public and walks like an angel with her gentle leader. There isn't a stranger that she doesn't love. Oh, and if there are French fries around, she loves them! She'll try to even share a cute lady and the tramp moment with you and take your French fry. This girl's personality will forever make you laugh and keep you on your toes. Valley loves to be around people and one of our favorite things about her is how cuddly she is. She’ll curl right up next to you on the couch and will lay there for hours. She also is the best at giving hugs. Valley will lean in for those hugs with no hesitation making you feel an overwhelming sense of warmth and happiness. A bit of a lap dog at heart. She’s loves to settle down in her cozy crate at night or when home alone, making her a perfect snuggle buddy! Valley is more than just snuggles and cuteness. She’s smart too! Valley already has mastered commands like sit, stay, out, has a great recall and has learned to walk with a gentle leader. Treats are very helpful too because she loves a good snack. Which will help with any future training as well. She loves toys and has a special talent for jumping high in the air to catch her toys and loves games like tug-of-war and basketball. When she's not busy playing, you can find her entertaining herself with her favorite toys while you’re working. This is the biggest Kitten you will see today! This Kitten is a big, lovable girl who is bouncy and playful, with a contagious amount of happiness. This girl loves her people from the moment she meets them! During her assessment, Kitten couldn’t wait to get closer for some pets and cuddles, her tail wagging the entire time. Given her size and eagerness to experience all the amazing things the world has to offer, a handler that can physically handle her while keeping her focus. She listens well and is very attentive. Plus she is treat motivated which will only help when it comes time to practice leash skills or obedience. Kitten would thrive in a home with with a family with kids and will do best in a home with older children because of her size and love for life, she’d do best with kids who are steady on their feet. She would also do well in a home with another dog. Kitten does well with other dogs, especially confident, playful males who like to have a good time and don’t mind a big, bouncy playmate. She recently met a few dogs including an energetic and playful male, and she handled his pushy play style beautifully. She has a balanced way of playing—happy to engage but able to set boundaries if another dog is too rowdy. Kitten would love a moderately playful canine friend in her new home. She would also do great in a home with a small dog as a well. She met our small dog tester Mateo and you see her in her video, sharing treats, snuggling on the bed together, sharing affection, etc. There was a moment when she got a little too excited and Mateo of course didn't want to be stepped on and he growled at her and she respected his correction and understood that she needed to be a little more gentle around him. Kitten is an all around good doggy friend to all. Since she is so loving and people oriented, she also wouldn't mind being the center of your attention if you don't have other dogs. She is a happy and confident girly all on her own and does not need the comment of another dog to help her feel comfortable and be the social butterfly that she is. For a family who wants a loyal, attentive companion, Kitten’s affectionate nature is going to feel amazing, her and that happy heart are a real treasure. Meet Polly! Polly-Anna, Polly Pocket, Polly Pittie, Polly-wog, the cheeky nicknames are endless! And the names are all as cute and sweet as she is. There's nothing that I love more than a big dog with a gentle soul. Poo-ka Nacua has that special spark in his golden brown eyes that instantly draw you in making every moment with him feel unique. He's the kind of dog that wins you over instantly with his loyalty, gentle nature, and loving spirit. He is a rescue dog and with any rescue, it's always a mystery and we cannot guarantee breed or age. If you're someone who likes to go on hikes, love to explore the outdoors, and want a buddy to take with you, Poo-ka is your guy! He has an adventurous heart, loves to explore new trails, and is always ready to tackle the next peak. He will pull initially on leash out of excitement but he is very easy to correct and after a few leash corrections, he's walking like a true gentleman. When Poo-ka see's the leash, he does the cutest little tip toe dance and gets so excited for his walks!! He likes to talk about how excited he is to go on a walk as well and will do these little whines and mini barks. Poo-ka recently went on a doggy date and he was a excellent doggy citizen everywhere they went. He had dogs barking at him at the park and he wasn't phased by them at all, he got excited when he saw squirrels running past him only slightly pulling on the leash but he was very easy to correct, and was a perfect gentleman in the store. He loved meeting the employees, especially when they gave him snacks and he was absolutely perfect in the car. He LOVED sticking his head out the window and feeling the breeze on his face. His manners out in public are truly so impressive! He's always up for an adventure, but once the day winds down, he's just as happy to curl up next to you and enjoy a peaceful, relaxing evening with his people. He loves snuggles on the couch and will even turn into your very own weighted blanket the way he sprawls out and laying his head on your chest. He's the perfect balance of adventure and affection. When it comes to training, Poo-ka is a treat lover through and through, making any additional training with him a breeze! He already knows some basic commands such as sit and he takes treats very gently too. Whether it's basic obedience or fun tricks, he's always ready to show off his skills for that extra treat. With a little patience and consistency, Poo-ka is sure to be a fast learner and a joy to train. Poo-ka is very dog friendly and has been in multiple play groups with a wide variety of different types of dogs all with varying personalities. He loves zooming around the yard with his doggy friends, enjoying bursts of energy while running and exploring. Poo-ka doesn't need constant playtime to be happy. He'll engage in rumble and tumble play, as well as a game of "tag you're it" from time to time. He's more of a relaxed, independent spirit, but when it's time to run and have fun, he's all in. We love watching him get the zoomies in the yard and watching him run as fast as he can with so much happiness in eyes. He's perfect for a home with other female dogs that are goofy and submissive, that like to enjoy both quiet moment and a little bit of fun. He has also spent a lot of time with a small 12lb scruffy male that is for the most part very calm in demeanor and Poo-ka was very respectful around him. He was happy to share affection and snuggles. If you have a small dog in the home, he would do best with a calm non-spicy small dog. Poo-ka would also do best in a kitty free home as well. Poo-ka has all of the qualities of being a wonderful family dog. He's been around kids as young as 4 years old to a 6 years old boy and showed nothing but gentleness --- never jumping on them, just offering sweet, gentle kisses. He has also been caught red handed snuggling in bed with one of his favorite people and a 4 year old living his best life. Although Poo-ka has shown nothing but gentleness around young children, we do believe he would do better in a home with older kids 7+ in a quieter, calmer household. If you have grandchildren or have friends that have young children that come and visit, Poo-ka will totally fine with that! He'll love the company. When he is out on a walks, he's fantastic with strangers, always eager to make new friends and wagging his tail in greetings. He'll also try to sneak in a few kisses too if you let him. His loving nature makes him the perfect companion for family gatherings, whether it's a backyard cookout or having visitors over for Sunday football. I rescued Chloe from North Carolina when she was 2 in 2023. I now have to move to Virginia and where I'm staying/working will not allow pets. She is the sweetest "pit" and requires love. She likes to sit in your lap and be held like a baby - its sort of ridiculous but so cute. She prefers to be around dogs of a similar breed and to say she gets along with ALL dogs is an unknown. Like people, I'm sure there are some that rub her wrong so I can just say, she has been housed, babysat, and around other dogs a ton and they all just play.

Meet Pong! We've come to know her as a sweet and happy little Gal. She sometimes needs a few minutes to get to know somebody new but quickly warms up and is happy to have the company. At the sound of her name, she perks up and wags her cute little tail. She does well with other dogs and would do best with someone that pays attention to keeping resources of other pets separate (food, toys, etc.) We're confident Pong will make someone super happy and would flourish with someone that will help her gain that confidence boost she's been looking for.

Meet Abbey LIverpool! She is currently 35 pounds, 5 months old, and we think she may be a Boxer/Pittie mix, but with rescue it’s always a guess! This puppy is from a part of the US where puppies are regularly euthanized. So, this puppy needs you! If you choose a puppy from this rescue, it saves their life AND it also allows us to save the life of another in its place. The adoption fee is $900 and includes all vetting as recommended by our doctor: DAPP (2 to 4 depending on age and time in the program), Bordetella, Rabies vaccine (if old enough), multiple broad spectrum deworming treatments, spay/neuter, flea prevention, 2 months of heartworm preventative, extended medical such as dentals, eye surgeries, and orthopedic surgeries prior to adoption when suggested by our partner vets, a microchip with free lifetime registration, a high quality nylon Martingale collar for dogs over 4 months old, a health certificate deeming the pup healthy for travel, cost of transport*, and many priceless years of love and loyal companionship! *WE ARE TOLD THAT WE GO ABOVE AND BEYOND MEDICALLY. This is the feedback we tend to get, although we cannot guarantee perfect health. *To fully vet a dog in the PNW at many vets it would be upwards of $1,800 just to fix, vaccinate, chip, etc. The adoption fees charged by our rescue do not cover our expenses medically for each animal, but we offset costs with donations. Cooper is easy to love, so playful, fun-loving, adorable and sweet, a friend to all he meets. This dreamy boy is small dog friendly, kid friendly and a perfect office buddy! He goes to his foster mom’s office every day, a veterinarian clinic, and adores meeting everyone there. He’s a total family dog with a heart for the socialites among us, he loves to have friends around and adores all people. We believe that Cooper is a Boxer, American Staffordshire Terrier mix. He is estimated to be around a year old, past the terrors of puppyhood but still young and trainable enough to become your perfect dog! Cooper is very trainable too, already knowing “paw” and “sit.” He’s food motivated, and a gentle treat taker, which will make further training enjoyable and rewarding for both of you. Cooper is a rescue, so his exact age and breed are unknown to us and cannot be guaranteed. Cooper weighs in around 45 pounds and loves to lay across your lap in a snuggle. He loves to curl up in his soft dog bed and adores toys, especially balls. This handsome guy absolutely loves ball, and could play all day if you’d allow it! He’s such a fun-loving boy, destined to add smiles and laughter to any home lucky enough to have him! His foster mom reports that he doesn’t have indoor accidents and does well in his crate. Cooper is still learning his leash manners, but with a little polishing he’ll be a perfect walking companion in no time. Cooper is fostered with a shih-tzu mix and does well playing with his smaller companions. We believe that Cooper could live with dogs of all sizes! Cooper goes to the vet clinic that his foster mom works in every day. He gets along well with everyone and enjoys the extra attention that strangers bring. He regularly hangs out with children at the clinic, and does well with kids! He loves to play fetch with them and give kisses. He’s also great in the car, and doesn’t mind the commute! He sits up in the backseat and watches the window. We believe that Cooper would do well in a home with other dogs, or as your only child. We believe Cooper would do really well as a family dog. For heartworm-positive dogs, hard costs are upwards of $1,120. Additionally, dogs requiring extended boarding, extra training, or extra medical care—such as dental work, vision care, or orthopedic care—can lead to expenses running into the thousands. Also, included in the fee are costs to cover transport up to the Pacific Northwest or East Coast. While adoption fees help cover part of these expenses, we want to emphasize that Three Little Pitties Rescue is not government funded. It doesn’t stop there!
