Rayne was found roaming the streets and not in the best shape, we suspected that she could’ve been pregnant , but after a visit to the vet, they confirmed that is just a phantom pregnancy and it should resolve on its own. The good doctors gave her a bunch of TLC and magic potions, and she is thriving, after she agreed to take the “no more puppies pledge”, she was spayed, and is looking forward to the single life.You would think that Rayne is holding grudges, but no, not her, she is a total love bug, continually snuggling and wagging her tail nonstop, she takes treats ever so gently, and loves all kinds of people, and stuffed toys. Rayne is calm, sweet and so happy.Rayne has been tested with male submissive dogs and has done well, but introductions to new dogs, specially females, should be slow and cautious. Rayne will need a 6 foot fence yard, because of her size and breed she won’t do well in apartments. Rayne is looking for a family that will give her the love she craves, and will include her on their activities, whether is a walk in the park or a TV movie night. She really needs 2024 to be a much better year for her. June Bug was taken to the Everman Shelter the first of November after three other dogs attacked her. One of her front legs was badly injured. A wonderful sponsor stepped up and got her emergency care. Now after two months of recovering, she is now ready for a foster or forever home. June Bug is an absolutely wonderful loving dog who adores people. However, due to the attack, she does not like other dogs but is working with a trainer on her fears. June Bug is a little bully mix at only 46 pounds. She loves car rides and is kennel and potty trained. She greets everyone with a happy smile on her face. Misty is a perfect size at 37 pounds. Sadly she has been very let down by people so far in her young life. She was originally adopted out of the NRH shelter as a puppy, but owner surrendered to the Euless shelter recently because the family did not have time for her. Misty deserves someone who will make her part of their family, and they will be rewarded with a fun and loving dog. Misty will need a home with a back yard and wooden fence. Be sure to take some time and get to know him because he is definitely worth it. This three year old terrier mix is a very sweet dog who tends to get overlooked because he is a black dog. Sadly, black dogs often get overlooked. Nash enjoys the pools at the shelter during the heat, walks, he loves car rides! He is such a good boy in the car. Nash came to the shelter very laid back. Sadly with weeks of being in the shelter, he is tired of being kenneled all the time and truly needs a foster or adopter to give him some good old fashioned TLC. Nash has been working with a trainer on leash walking and the trainer plans on continuing to work with Nash as he adjusts to his new family. Recently, Nash got a weekend outing. The volunteer who took him reports that he was potty trained and very well mannered. He discovered mirrors and was so funny looking at himself in the mirror. Hello dog lover, unfortunately with the loss of many family members due to covid, we have lost our home. We are relocating out of state and will not have the ability to bring our beloved little guy with us. He is a sweet boy that loves attention, snuggling, he is great both as indoor and outdoor pet, plays well with other dogs and cats, great around children, but can get very excited and may lick your little one until being told to stop lol.
