Meet Santana, an incredible survivor! His journey hasn't been an easy one. He was found in a Walmart parking lot in critical condition, his life hanging by a thread. He was later diagnosed with babesia, a serious tick-borne illness, and thankfully received the treatment needed & made an incredible recovery.In his foster home, Santana has flourished. This boy is a cuddle enthusiast, always ready to soak up affection. And while cuddles are his top priority, he's also a big fan of treats and never misses an opportunity for a snack. Arlo is a sweet and quiet dog; he loves to be petted and eat treats. We have enjoyed spending time with him in our backyard. He likes to chase after tennis balls, and he is very calm but can be playful when outside. The one thing he gets scared of is loud noises and thunderstorms.
