Orzo is the most friendly, sweet, and loving dog who only wants affection and to sit at your feet. He loves to be around people and gets along with all pets and children. He never barks and never bites. He loves food and belly rubs. It is with a heavy heart that I have to rehome him but family that now lives with me is severely allergic to dogs and he has to go. I just want him to have the best home to go to. He really deserves it!! He is definitely a companion❤️

Story
Hi - Bella is an excellent family dog that loves kids and being loved. She just loves to sit and/or cuddle with family members and loves to be around us. We acquired her from a pure breeder in North Carolina and she is 4 years old. She is crate trained, house trained, and healthy. While we have family members that experienced allergies with Bella from the beginning, we have moved and the allergies have gotten much worse. We would ideally like to find her a home on Long Island close to where we live. When her new home would need someone to watch her for a few days, we would definitely love to take care of her.

Story
Please meet Zia!! Zia was found in a filthy garage, surrounded by her own waste, with severe skin conditions, patches of missing fur, and painful ear infections. She was in desperate need of a bath and appeared to have been bred and then discarded. Despite everything she’s been through, Zia is a 3-4-year-old, 70-pound bundle of joy with a happy, goofy demeanor and an ever-present smile. She adores people, is fine with other dogs, and is always up for car rides and adventures. Zia enjoys exploring busy city streets just as much as she loves being out in nature. She isn’t fazed by cars, buses, bikes, or skateboards. She does have a prey drive, especially for squirrels, which is pretty common of course. Zia has a lot of love to give! She will thrive with people who will continue her training with basic manners and obedience. She does pulls on the leash but we are working on that. She gets happy and excited when she meets people and will jump on them but that too we are working on. She thinks she’s a tiny gal lol and doesn’t realize her own strength. All in all, Zia is a lovely pooch who will be a great addition to the fam. If you are interested in fostering or adopting this great girl, please email info@tufftails.org! Zia is spayed and up to date with vaccine and housebroken. She is currently located in Queens NY and we are looking to stay within the NYC/Long Island tristate areas. Thank you!!!!

RELAY IS IN HIS FOSTER HOME IN MEMPHIS, TN, AND WILL BE TRANSPORTED TO CT ONCE ADOPTED!     Relay is a loving 6 year old looking for his true forever home. He loves to snuggle with you on the couch or bed, but also loves to get out. Relay enjoys his daily walks and trips to the dog park. In his foster home he does well playing with other dogs, cats, and kids. Though he does well with my dogs and kids I personally think he would be best in a kid free home, or older children, or maybe an active person/couple. He loves big! He picks his person and is protector. He’s really a great dog, but he needs patience, reassurance, and love. Relay is a house trained and kennel trained. He is perfect for your active home. He is completely vetted. Vetting includes spaying/neutering, microchip, rabies as well as all puppy vaccinations, and has been on preventatives. His adoption fee of $550 includes the transport to CT. We use a licensed and registered USDA transport company that will bring Relay up north to his new family.   If you have any questions, please email us at: newbeginnings_animalrescue@yahoo.com You can apply to adopt Relay here: www.newbeginningsanimalrescue.net THANK YOU FOR CONSIDERING ADOPTING A RESCUED PET!Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.November 5, 2024, 1:30 pm

Story
Hi, my name is Pebbles, and I know we just met, but I love you! ❤️ I’m a 6-year-old Pebblepotamus (that’s an Exotic Bully + a hippopotamus in spirit) with a heart as big as the ocean, and a love for life that’s just as expansive. I’m a professional love bug, and I specialize in giving the most loving kisses you’ve ever received. You can’t imagine how much joy it brings me to cover you in sweet puppy love. I also have some serious skills— I’ve mastered the art of the pitiful puppy dog eyes, which I use to get all the attention I deserve. (Don’t worry, I’m worth it!) 😘 When I’m not showering you with love, you will find me happily splashing around in my pool. It doesn’t matter if it’s freezing outside— I’m all about that water life 💦. Just like me, your kids will have a blast, and I’m wonderful with little ones. They’re my favorite!!! I was originally born in London, then I lived in Kuwait for a bit, and then I suddenly found myself homeless in the USA! Fortunately, PUP was there for me and took me in. Yes, I can also speak Arabic! 🇰🇼 My human friends say it’s just one of the many things that make me truly special. One thing you should know, though—I want to be the ONLY dog in the house! I have a big personality and I’m all about being the center of your universe. So if you’re looking for a loyal companion who’s ready to claim your heart (and your couch!), I’m your girl. Let’s make memories that will last a lifetime. 💖 Adopt Pebbles today—because love is just a kiss away. 🐾

Story
Hey there! I'm Bam-bam, a 7-year-old Exotic Bully who’s here to prove that it’s not the brain that matters—it’s the heart! 🐾💖 I may have what some call a "smooth brain," but trust me, it doesn’t take a genius to know that I’m the perfect companion for any family. 😎 I’m super friendly and GREAT with kids—whether we're playing in the yard or cuddling on the couch, I’m always down for some fun. I’ve got a personality that’s as big as my love for butt scratches, and when I’m not playing, I’m probably giving you my signature “I’m a big softie” look. 🥰 But just one thing: I need to be the ONLY dog in the house. I’m a one-dog show, and I need to be the center of your world (because I’m just that lovable)! 🏆 I may not win any IQ contests, but I’ve got an expert-level understanding of what really matters in life: food, butt scratches, and making sure you’re smiling. 🤪 If you’re looking for a goofy, lovable, and all-around good boy to add to your family, then I’m your guy! Let’s get together and I’ll show you just how much joy a “smooth-brained” boy like me can bring to your life. 🐶❤️ Adopt Bam-bam today—he’s got all the love you need (and zero brain cells, but who’s counting?) 😂

Story
Hello, future best friend, I’m Hugo! I’m a 4-year-old AMbully with a heart of gold, but my brain sometimes overthinks. 🧠✨ I’m not your typical dog—I take a little time to warm up to new people, but once I trust you, you’ll be in for a wild ride of goofiness and fun. We like to call it the Hugo Show! 🎬 I’m all about silly antics that will keep you laughing for hours! I’m great with older kids and cats—so if you’ve got a family, I’ll fit right in and make us all smile. 😸👦 But here’s the deal: I’m a little wary of strangers at first. One day, a new person hurt me very badly, so I'm slow to trust because I worry it will happen again. The nice people here say it won't... so they help me make lots of new friends. I just need some time and patience to get to know you before I can give you my heart (which, by the way, is HUGE). ❤️ Once we’ve built that bond, you’ll see the real me: a playful, goofy guy who LOVES to have fun. I can be a little much for some dogs (I have a lot of energy), so if you have other dogs, they need to be able to handle my playful nature and keep up with the fun. 🐾 If you’re patient, kind, and ready to build a connection, I promise to your ride or die. Let’s start this journey together, and I promise you’ll love every moment of the Hugo Show! 💫
