Story
Meet Rogan! This handsome brindle boy is super sweet, gentle and affectionate. He literally gives hugs and just wants to be loved. I had Rogan pulled from a southern shelter because he was set to be euthanized that week. I was hoping to keep him myself, but my other dog is not accepting him. Im super disappointed. Rogan weighs 57 pounds. He has ZERO aggression!! He would love to just be pet all day, lol. He does beautifully in a crate and goes in willingly. Walks great on leash! He is curious about everything, and will follow you everywhere. He loves to play! He would love another dog to play with, but not necessary. He rides wonderfully in a car. I normally take him everywhere with me. He sleeps with me every night in bed...he snores, haha. He's excellent with children, he absolutely adores my 8 year old daughter...But he is a big boy, so I would not recommend small children because he will definitely knock them over and be too rough. He's such a lover! Sweetest pup ever!

She plays great with her yard mate, Stanley, and gets along great with other dogs! She also is good with cats. Tilly loves children and thinks they make great playmates, as they match her energy! She’s just as snuggly as she is playful and her favorite thing in the world is BELLYRUBS!!

Story
Mister is a joyful, sweet-natured boy with a heart as big as his smile! This handsome guy is the perfect mix of playfulness and cuddles—he’s always up for a game of fetch with his favorite ball, followed by cozy snuggles with his people. Mister is one of those dogs who can light up any room with his wagging tail and infectious, happy grin. Friendly, adventurous, and great with kids, Mister is truly the total package. He does well with other dogs as long as introductions are balanced and easy-going. However, Mister is not a fan of feline friends, so he would do best in a cat-free home. Potty-trained and crate-trained, he’s got great manners and is ready to fit right into your home with ease. Mister is currently heartworm positive, but don’t worry—his treatment will be covered, and he's ready to heal up in a loving, forever home. If you're looking for a loyal, affectionate, and spirited companion who will shower you with kisses and fill your days with joy, Mister is waiting for you! Heartworm is unfortunately quite common in Texas due to the warm, humid climate that allows mosquitoes, which spread heartworm, to thrive year-round. Many dogs in Texas face this risk, but the good news is that heartworm treatment is very effective. With proper medical care, including the treatment provided at adoption, dogs can fully recover and go on to lead long, healthy, and happy lives. With preventive medication, heartworm can be kept at bay, allowing dogs to enjoy an active, fulfilling life with their families. To add Mister to your family, simply send us an email at springbranchrescue@gmail.com for adoption and fee information. He is wagging his tail and wiggling his butt at just the thought of finding his forever home and his story is just beginning! His next chapter could be with you! Our adoption fee includes transport, all age required shots, microchip, & a health certificate from a licensed veterinarian. We look forward to receiving your application! We will review it shortly and give you a call to set up a phone interview.  We are thrilled to offer transport services every 3 weeks from Houston to the Pacific Northwest, the Midwest, and the East Coast, ensuring that these incredible pets can find their way to you no matter where you are. This makes the adoption process smooth and convenient, allowing you to focus on welcoming your new family member with open arms. Why should you adopt from a Texas Rescue? Because you will be giving one of our many dogs and cats in need a chance for a better future away from a city that has an animal crisis. We are heartbroken each day with the many incredible and loving animals found wandering our streets. So often are these animals dumped, abandoned, or born on the streets and never find a home to call their own. We are giving them the chance that every animal deserves. We know that since you are looking to add a furry family member to your home here, you will provide the love, care, and attention they need to thrive. Thank you for considering adopting and not shopping. ##2219801##

Meet Taz, a sweet but shy 3-year-old pittie with a heart full of love. His curious nature makes him an excellent companion for exploratory walks and new adventures.
