This animal is being fostered in the South but transport to a location near you is included in your adoption fee. Meet the President of the Ittie Bittie Pittie Committee, East TN Chapter - Spring Roll!! 😍 This petite girl was picked up by another one of our other dog’s foster parents (even though they are already completely full at their home) because they couldn’t bear to see her abandoned. We offered to help if they were able to continue to foster, even short term, and they said yes! Spring Roll was producing milk when she was picked up so we believe she recently had puppies but they were nowhere to be found. Witnesses say they saw someone dump her out of a car 😭 How can people be so cruel?!? So far, Spring Roll has been a perfect little lady in her foster home and has done well with the 4 year old human she met as well as 3 other dogs in the foster home. These babies were found in a ditch and brought in. They are a very friendly group and have loads of playful energy. They are curious and love to have fun and attention. Jessie will need puppy training and leash work. They have never been around cats so would need to learn those manners. She has been in a crate before but can get car sick. This sweet girl is one of many dogs who's fate it was to be abandoned here in the south. People are throwing sweet dogs out day and night in this economy. Ducky is one of the lucky ones that was picked up by a kind stranger and brought to a rescue that was able to find a foster! She is Spayed and UTD on required vaccines. Ducky likes other dogs but is rambunctious. She loves everyone she meets so older children would be fine. She is close to housetrained and will just need to get comfortable with her new routine. I’m a sweet girl who loves nothing more than lounging at home and playing fetch or keep-away with my favorite balls. I may be a bit older, but I’m still full of energy and love to stay active! I’m potty trained and do well with crate time, though sometimes I’ll bark if I don’t get my way. I also need daily eye drops, but I’m good about taking them. I prefer a quieter, adult-only home since busy places and small kids make me nervous. I do best with smaller dogs and would thrive as a solo dog or with a calm companion. I’ve got a bit of a bossy side and can guard my water, so having someone with experience around dogs would be ideal! At home, I’m super affectionate with the adults I trust, and I love snuggling on the couch—yep, I’m a big lap dog! I’m happy going on leash walks for potty breaks and exercise, so I don’t need a fenced yard. While I may be a bit picky about meeting new people in busy settings, once I warm up, I’m a loyal, loving companion.
