Story
Adoption Fee: $400, plus tax* Location: Foster Home You know that song "She's a happy, happy dog, she's a happy happy happy dog"? That's our Minnie!! Minnie has the most expressive eyes and is a what we call, compact size! Minnie LOVES her humans. She is very tuned into pleasing her humans and is very attentive to the tone of your voice AND watches her humans closely. She loves her belly rubs and she is friendly to all humans she encounters! She knows the sit command and is very food motivated, aren't we all? She walks well on a leash, sleeps well through the night and does well in a kennel. Minnie loves humans more than other dogs, but she gets along well with other dogs as long as they don't push the boundaries. If her future home has other dogs, Minnie would ideally like to live with older non-dominant dogs. She would thrive in a home with non-dominant dogs or as a single pup. Medical Information on Minnie: Minnie has been diagnosed with four mast cell tumors. A mast cell tumor (MCT) is a type of malignant (cancerous) tumor consisting of mast cells. Mast cell tumors typically form nodules or masses in the skin, but they can also affect other areas of the body, including the spleen, liver, intestine, and bone marrow. MCTs are the most common skin tumor in dogs (7%-21%). Most dogs with MCT (approximately 85%) only develop one tumor. Minnie has had all 4 masses removed! She is healing well and is ready for her new home. CSHS is wanting to be completely transparent with protentional adopters regarding Minnie's medical history. Minnie still has a lot of life to live and deserves a forever home of her own. Continued monitoring of previous or new lumps/bumps with the adopter's regular veterinarian is highly recommended. *Due to Minnie's medical diagnosis her adoption fee has been reduced. If you are interested in meeting Minnie, please fill out an application on the Carver Scott Humane Society website today!

Story
Location: Rock Rapids, IA Beast is such a sweet boy who just wants to spend his time laying in your lap napping. Be prepared waking him from his naps are almost impossible, he sleeps like the dead. He's such an easy going chill dude who's just "happy to be here." He gets along well with other dogs, kids of all ages and sizes and just loves attention. He does bark to let you know when someone has arrived or hears something unfamiliar so he'd do best in a home without shared walls. He's very smart and knows "sit", "paw" "other paw" and "lay down" I'm sure he'd be willing to learn any other commands or tricks you would want to teach him as well. Beast is not a fan of the cold so be prepared to spoil him with coats, sweaters and all the warmth during the winter months. Beast would make a wonderful addition to any family looking for a laid back family dog. --------------- The best way to show interest in an animal is to submit an adoption application by visiting our website (www.rescuenetworkmn.org). Adoption fee includes spay/neuter, all age-appropriate vaccinations (distemper, rabies, and bordetella), heartworm and flea/tick preventatives, heartworm test (dogs), FIV/FeLV test (cats), dewormed, and microchip implant (including registration). Rescue Network is strictly foster based which means all adoptable animals are in a home and there cannot be a meet until an application is submitted and approved. We have no way of knowing the breeds in the animals. All breeds listed are best guess.

Story
Hi everyone, my name is Ares! I'm a pretty laid back boy for my age, I do love a good game of tug with my toys, and the occasional game of fetch.I do really well in my kennel when my foster Mom is at work, I love to snuggle when she's home and at night I like to sleep on the bed. I'm completely house-trained and I will sit by the door if I need to go out, I do really well walking on a leash, I enjoy playtime with other dogs and love going to the dog park.I'm hoping my forever home has a dog with the same amount of energy as me (but I don't require another dog) and either a fenced in yard or someone who can take me on leisurely walks!I love going to different places and if you're looking for a brewery buddy, I'm your dude!I can be a little grumpy when I'm relaxing at home and I'm not a fan of my legs being touched, so my foster mom says I would do better in a house with no children. When I was younger, my boundaries weren't always respected, so I have some sensitivities that my foster mom is helping me work though. I cant wait to find my perfect family! Let's meet soon! --------------------------------------------All our Warrior Dogs will have all age appropriate medical care and vaccines, a microchip, and spay/neuter before adoption unless age is a factor with a puppy younger than 6-12 months at the time of adoption. If that is the case, the spay/neuter will be covered in the adoption fee and the owner will be responsible to have the procedures completed at a Warrior Dog Rescue Veterinarian at the appropriate time. Please note that the majority of our dogs in rescue are from shelters where they have been found as strays or abandoned. Their breed description is based on our very best educated guess based on physical characteristics and their dispositions. If they came to our rescue as an owner surrender, the breed description will be listed as provided by the previous owner.Adoption Fee - $200To apply for this pup, please submit an Adoption Application at http://warriordogrescue.com/adopt/adoption-application/

Story
Meet Noodle!! Noodle is just a young pup, who was found in a ditch along the side of the road. He was so skinny and sick that he had to start a refeed program eating tiny bits every few hours. But with LOTS of love and food and more love he is READY for a family who will love him forever! He is good with people, and dogs. Crate trained. Noodle went from a starving dog with ticks to a lovely trusting boy who loves to snuggle and play! Now he just needs a new family to grow and be happy forever!

Apply on our website ( https://www.healingheartsrescue.org/adopt )  to  set up a private meeting or check below for my adoption event schedule. Age: Approximately 8 years old Weight: 67 lbs Dog friendly: Yes, needs slow intros as she's very excited Cat friendly: Unknown/not tested Kid friendly: Yes Potty trained: Yes Crate trained: Yes but is known to escape Brooklyn was found in her fosters’ neighborhood as a stray, and had a large hematoma on her ear. Her beautiful golden eyes stole her fosters’ hearts. She has since gotten her surgery and has healed nicely. She is a super sweet dog who loves all humans and is amazing with the loud 2.5 year old boy living with her. So far she is good with more submissive dogs. She gets along great with her foster dog sister, and has shown no aggression toward the male dog living here too. she needs slow intros when meeting new dogs as she gets very excited to start her play session. She is fully potty trained, as well as knows her basic commands. She would benefit from some extra walks on leash to learn not to pull. It's just so exciting outside! She is great with kids. We have an almost 3 year old and she is fantastic. She has also met the older neighbor kids and was great with them too. We haven't met a human she doesn't like yet. At home she is very happy to meet new people. Will occasionally jump from excitement. She doesn't love to be in a kennel while you're gone. She's worried you won't come back! But she does great loose in the house while we're away. Brooklyn is excited to spend her later years with a nice family getting all the snuggles and kisses she can.
