Meet Nixon!
Nixon is a striking, 65-pound bundle of muscle and energy who can’t be more than a year old. Found as a stray, this handsome boy is making up for lost time and learning everything he missed out on as a growing puppy. Nixon is currently in a board-and-train program in Texas, where he’s working hard on his obedience skills, socialization, and becoming the well-rounded pup he’s destined to be.
A super-fast learner and highly motivated by attention, Nixon is eager to please and thrives with structure and positive reinforcement. He’ll be traveling in February, and we’d love for him to head straight into his forever home. If you’re looking for a smart, loyal companion with tons of potential, Nixon might just be your perfect match.

This dog is up to date on vaccinations and is spayed or neutered. (Please note: Puppies under 3 months old may not be sterilized prior to adoption. If this is the case, your adoption coordinator will provide guidance on the process.)

Sandy Paws Rescue does not have a public shelter in Massachusetts. Our dogs reside in private foster homes or boarding kennels in the South until adopted. Many dogs are spoken for prior to transport or release from state-mandated isolation.
