Story
You need a big boy, we'll give you a big boy. He'll keep you warm in a winter storm, bring in your groceries in just one trip. He's a california King, refrigerator stacked. Makes his own heat with his big boy self. Till the sun comes up, you need a big boy hottie. We'll give you a big boy and his name is Titus. Titus is a male Staffy mix adult. He is very sweet and just wants love! He does have a skin issue that has since improved but still needs some work and medical attention. He did well with his bath and he is also house broken. Titus would do best in a one dog household, but would be great with kids.

Story
Legend is a sweetheart who enjoys playing with his foster mates.  His birthday is estimated to be around August 2022.   Written by a volunteer at an adoption event:  "I was sitting in the pen at our Bullywags Petco event, playing with my cuddly, blue-eyed Rescue baby Angel, when I saw that we were being watched sadly, from the next pen, by my Rescue friend Legend, and I could see his cute pink nose and ears that were cut off by a sick thug’s knife, and I felt guilty, so I brought Legend into the pen, too. Side by side, both white pups tried to climb in to my lap but bonked heads and then stopped and looked at each other. Were they gonna fight each other, jealous about sharing my lap? Instead, their tails suddenly wagged and they playfully wrestled each other like the happy pups that they are, rolling and wiggling over and around me, making me laugh at their antics." BullyWag is foster based. We hold weekly adoptions every Saturday from 1-4p at the Petco in Peachtree City, GA.  Not all dogs come every weekeend.  Please email  bullywag2021@gmail.com if you would like meet Legend. We do a two week trial to ensure it is the right fit.  ##1639957##

Story
Barney is a male, 4 year old Boxer mix, and is such a friendly boy! It is impossible not to smile around this boy, anything and everything makes him so happy and brings out his big smile (and will likely bring yours out too)! Barney has a wide range of facial expressions, from a silly grin to goofy looks to his trademark big HAPPY smile! He has a funny way of letting his tongue hang out sideways, has crazy zoomies that will leave you giggling, and loves giving kisses! He’s great with other dogs and kids, and is very curious about kitties! Barney has the zoomies when first brought out, but chills out until you tell him he’s a pretty boy … and then he’s all tail wags and happy hops again! Barney is pretty good on a leash, and even though he pulls a little bit, he will follow your lead. He is eager to go walking, meet new people, or basically to do anything that you want to do. Could that include going home with you? It’s time to meet Barney and find out! The adoption fee covers the following: spay or neuter surgery; one-year rabies vaccine; feline or canine distemper vaccine; heartworm test (dogs) or combo (fiv/felv) test (cats); deworming; and microchip.Carroll County Animal Shelter is located at 251 Automation Drive in Carrollton GA. Story
Topher is a male Boxer mix, who is about 10 months old. He is a “chonky” boy with adorable spots on his face and a stubby tail, making him the cutest hunk of a dog ever! He came in to the shelter with several siblings, and currently lives in the same pen with his sister Joan. Topher is the more outgoing sibling of the two, so he is the first to greet people who approach their pen. He is super sweet, friendly and LOVES getting attention from people. Topher just has so much love to give, and wants to share that with you! Topher is fairly new to leash walks, but volunteers have been working with him and he is quickly improving as he learns the joys of a leash walk. Topher is a young and smart boy, and simply needs a loving home to let him reach his full potential as a wonderful companion. Is that home with you? Please meet Topher soon, and find out! Story
Joan is a female Boxer mix, who is about 10 months old. She came in to the shelter with several siblings, and currently lives with her brother Topher in the same pen together. Joan is much more shy than her brother, and typically lets him greet people first when they approach their pen. Soft treats and gentle words will usually help Joan warm up to someone new. Most of all, this super sweet girl simply needs time to learn to trust a new person. And once she does, Joan will absolutely adore you! It’s at that point that her precious and oh-so-lovable personality shines out. Joan has been a little unsure about leash walks, but volunteers are working with her such that she is quickly learning that the leash results in wonderful things. She is young and eager to please, so will thrive in a home wanting to provide additional training to let her blossom into an even more amazing companion. If you’re ready to welcome a beautiful pup full of love into your life, Joan is eagerly waiting to start your life together! Be sure to meet this precious girl soon!
