Story
You need a big boy, we'll give you a big boy. He'll keep you warm in a winter storm, bring in your groceries in just one trip. He's a california King, refrigerator stacked. Makes his own heat with his big boy self. Till the sun comes up, you need a big boy hottie. We'll give you a big boy and his name is Titus. Titus is a male Staffy mix adult. He is very sweet and just wants love! He does have a skin issue that has since improved but still needs some work and medical attention. He did well with his bath and he is also house broken. Titus would do best in a one dog household, but would be great with kids.

I adopted Rosco when he was about 5-6 months old from the animal shelter. He is a 5 year old Lab/Pit mix. He loves to play and run. I unfortunately don't have the time for him due to working 10 hours a day and he's in a kennel.

Story
Meet Maggie, the lovable senior dog with a blue coat and a heart of gold. This wise and charming canine companion is looking for a forever home to spend her golden years in comfort and love. Maggie waits so patiently for a chance to go outside to go potty, and she seems confused by her new shelter environment - she definitely belongs in a home.Gentle on the leash, Maggie delights in a leisurely stroll. She really comes alive when she gets outside; she may be an older girl, but she is so happy she`ll bound around and jog for joy! Maggie appreciates new friends spending time with her and takes all pets gratefully, but what would really make her day would be for a new friend to take her home!

Story
Hi there! I’m SweetHeartt, a 3-year-old lovebug weighing 42 pounds. If you’re looking for a loyal companion with a big heart, you’ve just found her!I’m a medium-energy gal who enjoys my playtime but also appreciates a cozy cuddle session on the couch. I get along well with some doggy friends, so I’m always up for a playdate! When it’s time for walks, I’m the one who walks politely on a leash, ready to explore the world with you by my side.I know some basic commands like sit and I’m a fast learner, so teaching me new tricks will be a breeze! I’m eager to please and can’t wait to show off my skills.

Story
This handsome gentleman is Massimo! He ended up at the shelter as a lost boy on 10/19, and no one has come to reclaim him. Massimo is now keeping his paws crossed for a new, forever home where he will be loved and kept safe so that he never ends up back in the shelter. The volunteers describe Massimo as a darling boy. He is super cute, friendly, and energetic! He LOVES to run around and play so he'll need an active person/family who can keep up with him! He gives the best hugs, but he'll need to learn when it's appropriate to give a hug vs jumping because he's over-excited. He's eager to please, so we think with a little patience and kindness he'll learn boundaries quickly. If Massimo sounds like the new BFF you've been searching for, please come meet him today! Massimo is approximately 5 years old, and he weighs 51 lbs. He is UTD on vaccines and neutered; he will be microchipped, and heartworm tested upon adoption. Massimo is waiting patiently in run 874; his ID # is 5845. Note - all the listings on Friends of Shelter Animals for Cobb are done by volunteers. If this cat or dog came in as a lost animal, we do not know how they might be with children, other pets, or if house trained. You can bring your pet to the shelter for a meet & greet with your potential new best friend. When inquiring about a cat or dog, please use THE ID NUMBER. This pet is available for adoption from Cobb County Animal Services, 1060 Al Bishop Dr. Marietta, GA 30008, (770) 499-4136. Shelter hours: Tues. - Sun. 10:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., closed Mondays & Holidays. The adoption includes shots, altering, a heartworm or combo test and a microchip.
