Story
Quinn is a very sweet, intelligent young girl, who was rescued from a hoarding case. She is working on getting back to full weight, as all the dogs were emaciated. She did very well at her vet check up, and was friendly with tail wagging to everyone! She is eager to please and quick to learn. She has also been very sweet towards the kids she has met. She seems to be somewhat dog reactive, though from what we've learned she has lived around other dogs successfully in the past. It is unknown how she does with cats.

Story
Meet Bianca Bianca, what can we say? Well considering she was heading for euthanasia, she she is an absolutely incredible, well trained, and friendly girl! Bianca came to us at 4 months old from the shelter. She was Euthanasia listed if rescue hadn't stepped up because she had Mange. The difference in her now is wonderful, all she needed was a kind heart willing to give her time and patience for her coat to grow back and look at her now. You're one treat away from being her best friend forever and ever! Bianca is a super sweet and friendly, happy-go-lucky girl who just wants to please her people. She's great with other dogs, big or small, young or old. She's an big girl and although great with kids, her energy would be too much for the younger ones so maybe 12 and up would be best. She LOVES going on walks and car rides. Being the young girl she is, she's got plenty of energy to easily keep up with your energy for the day but with that said, she also knows when it's time to settle down and will relax when you need her to. She has a great energy level mix. She's completely house trained and crate trained. She has been enrolled in and graduated several training courses so she's very smart, well behaved, and well rounded! She's just an absolute lovebug and has a lifetime of companionship to give. Bianca is 1 year old, weighs 60 lbs, and was DNA tested.

Story
Our beautiful little bully girl is full of love, inquisitive and playful. She is in foster care so she isnt get a lot of attention while they are at work but she still is happy and easy going. We rescued her from a high kill shelter that told us she was emaciated and very neglected on intake. Someone left her on a busy intersection and she was very lucky to have NOT been hit by a car. She has all her shots and is microchipped. Will be ready to get spayed in December. Sandy loves people and pets and is very friendly with everyone she meets. Our adoption fee is $350. She will make a great companion to someone that loves her breed. Email Alphadogpetrescue@yahoo.com to request our adoption application.

Story
Meet Winnie! Here is what we know about her past: She was found in a field with her sister in Coachella Valley and taken to the shelter as a stray. Her sister was immediately adopted, but Winnie spent at least the next 127 days at the shelter. Winnie watched as roommate after roommate came in and was then adopted out. She played well with all of them until they went to their forever homes, leaving her behind. Someone must have really liked her at this high kill shelter, because despite the horrific sadness of spending so much time there, she managed to survive. Until they couldn't keep her any longer. Southpaw got an email with the dogs at the shelter who would be euthanized in the next 72 hours and 10-month-old Winnie, who hasn't even had a chance to live yet, was on the list. We went to bust her out. Here how that looked: https://youtu.be/oiZBSCoY-3k Here is what Winnie's life is like now: After giving her a much-needed bath, Winnie now wakes up after a good night's sleep in her foster mom's room. She spends her days playing with the other dogs in her foster home, taking fun walks to get exercise, taking naps and slaying it at being a good dog. Her future: Are you her perfect forever home? Winnie is extremely well behaved for her age and history, but she still has playful puppy energy. She is looking for a family who will shower her with the love she deserves. Ideally, Winnie would do best in a home with another dog her size to play with. Here she is playing with her foster brother and sisters: https://youtube.com/shorts/IHw1rCkVtnQ Winnie is shy around new people but quickly warms up if they give her a doggy treat and tell her she's a good girl. People often comment on her unique look since she is definitely mostly American Staffordshire Terrier, but she has more wire hair. If you think this unique, playful, well-mannered, fun-loving girl can be the right fit for your home, please fill out an application to set up a meet and greet. https://www.southpawrescue.com/adoption-application
