Story
Hi, my name is Odin & I'm looking for a new home. My dad had to relocate and couldn't take me with him. My grandma would love to keep me but she lives in an RV & doesn't have the room I need to roam around. I'm an 11-year Pit Bull. I weigh 65 lobs, I'm up to date with my shots & other than a rash that's being treated, I'm fit as a fiddle, which is great considering I'm a senior. I'm also not neutered in case you were wondering. I'm usually ok with kids but I'm missing my dad & acting out a little and probably best if I'm not around young kids. They're not old enough to understand when I need my space. I can sit, stay and I'm house trained. My current parents let me roam freely around the house. My problem is they have this small critter that I keep wanting to hunt. I'm looking for someone that has the patience to give me time to get used to my new situation. With time I'll be a great loving and loyal companion. Will you be willing to give me a safe and loving home?

Story
Hi pals! I go by Opal, the adorable 1.5-year-old lady pitbull with a heart of gold. My journey began in an orchard in Tulare County, CA, where a kind soul stumbled upon me and rescued me from abandonment. I am crashing at a temporary spot for now, but what I really need is a forever home or a cozy foster family. I am a total sweetheart - gentle, loving, and ready to shower you with affection. My little pup has already found a home, and now it is my turn to find my happily ever after! To make my adoption dreams come true, the hero who found me is even willing to drive me halfway to San Diego, CA for the right family. If you are up for lending a helping paw, get in touch with Passion for Pitties to uncover more about me. Just a heads up, they have not met me in person, so all they know about me is from what others have shared. Let us make magic happen!

Story
A friend gave us Bae when she was 4 months old. She’s been a great dog and this decision was not taken lightly. Bae is very loving, loves to cuddle, and strives for our attention. She is very good home alone and has never had an accident in the house. She loves going to dog beach and running in the water. While there she usually follows us as we walk on the shore and doesn’t really pay any mind to most dogs. This past year with a newborn was slightly challenging as over protective parents we kept a close eye and limited the interactions with Bae and our baby. She has not shown aggression to the baby. We do notice we aren’t able to give Bae the attention she needs. We also just had a second baby that needs a lot of medical attention that we need to take care of. We also realized the reality that we cannot give Bae the life she deserves.

Story
Breed: American StaffyAge: 8 years oldWeight: 40 lbsPersonality: -has vision issues (possibly a recent thing) and if you move to quick, can get defensive. Once she sniffs/licks you she’s fine. -LOVES to sleep in bed with people and doesn’t move an inch -has had some sort of Trauma at some point and is learning to trust again (if you know the breed, they typically bounce back quickly. She is taking a bit). After 3 weeks with Babs she play bows and wiggles when she runs around the house. -*caution* she WILL weasel her way into your heart really quickly. -ok in a crate (might do better on a consistent potty schedule with the crate)   Flight Risk: do not leave unattended in a yard, crate training is a must when you are gone, tight grip on the leash is a must on adventures. Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Check Me out ! Meet Sweet Pea! She is a happy homebody that would love her own nice quiet home! She is good with other dogs, puppies and cats. She is a shy, sweet girl that needs some extra time to adjust to her new home. She would probably do best in a "foster to adopt" situation because meeting new people can be a little scary for her. Once you gain her trust, she is a loyal companion. Sweet Pea is estimated to be approx 4 yrs old and was DNA tested by her foster. She shows a total of 10 different breeds, with her top 2 breeds are American Staffordshire terrier (39%) and Chihuahua (25%). She even has a little smidge of Dachshund and Poodle too! If you are interested in meeting Sweet Pea, Please fill out an adoption application by clicking HERE. Her adoption fee is $450 and includes her spay, vaccines, deworming, microchip and flea medication.  Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.November 6, 2024, 3:20 pm
