Why adopt from Three Little Pitties? The stray and animal overpopulation in the Greater Houston area is the highest in the nation. Statistics show that there are over 1 million homeless animals in this region alone. Three Little Pitties Rescue is a nonprofit dog and cat rescue that partners with the community to make a difference. Our mission is to reduce the homeless pet population through community outreach, free spay and neuter services, and saving all breeds of dogs and cats from the streets or animal shelters that oftentimes have no other option but to euthanize animals for space. This kitty you’ve found online is lucky to be in our program, and even luckier to have you notice it! Three Little Pitties Rescue (3LP) wants to set you and your new family member up for success! In addition to a fully vetted furbaby you also receive other additional perks such as a code for a free bag of cat litter AND a code for 50% off a 2nd bag of litter from Catalyst Pet, coupons for a fun visit to Petco, and support through our Facebook Adopters group where you can connect with thousands of other adopters, 3LP volunteers, fosters and staff. We seek to adopt to families who understand that these are rescues and will require continued efforts but are well on their way to being the best kitties that they can be! We ask that you give them time (can take weeks to months) to decompress in their new home, do slow introductions to other pets and let their true personalities have a chance to come through. Through the combined efforts of all of our hardworking staff and volunteers, we have placed over 12,000 very lucky dogs and cats into amazing homes! By adopting from us, you save TWO lives! The pet you adopt, and you create an opportunity for another animal to be saved in that spot. Together, we can be heroes. Follow our rescue journey through the links below! https://www.facebook.com/ThreeLittlePittiesRescueSavingKitties/ https://www.instagram.com/threelittlepittiesrescue/ https://www.facebook.com/threelittlepittiesrescue/ *Due to the rising cost of fuel and transportation expenses, there will be an additional $40 surcharge for transport. He's unbelievably sweet and cuddles with me every night, I have 2 other cats i've had for years and they all get along I just can't take him with me when i move. He is house trained and is extremely playful. He is definitely the most vocal cat i've ever met.

Story
Clyde is the sweetest cat Ive ever met. Hes 7 years old and his birthday is February 20. Hes the best lap cat and will sleep in bed with you if you let him. He doesnt meow like a normal cat. His meows arent often but when he does its funny. Hes very easy to take care of and wont fight you when clipping his nails. He also will take baths and not bite or scratch you. He doesnt throw up or have hairballs unless he eats too much too fast then he throws up. From what Ive seen he doesnt do well with other pets, especially dogs. Unfortunately Im not home enough to give him the love and attention he needs. I would love from him to go to someone who can love him as much as I do.

Story
Cora needs a new home. Not comfortable with other cats anymore and exhibits aggressive behavior. Needs his space and yet can be very cuddly with humans. He is indoor/outdoor. We don’t want to have to put him down and hope to find him a home where he can roam free and not bother anyone. Sometimes can be aggressive towards humans and we can’t figure out why or what triggers it.
