Milly May is ready to fly from the nest! Meet Milly. Now 6.5 months old and ready for her new home. Milly is a fun kitty. Actually very dog like. She follows me from room to room, always wants to be involved in what I am doing, and comes when I call her name. She gets along with my other cats and loves to pester my Lab (just a little). She has a sassy personality and sometimes nips a little but she is very affectionate.    Email us at dfwpbr@gmail.com for an application today!   January 18, 2025, 9:25 pm

Story
Hello! We think little Salami is about 6 months old. I found him at my job when he was a very tiny kitten, and he came right up to the front door of the office building I work at. He cried to be let in and I knew it was going to be very cold that night, so I took him home. He really opened up to us rather quickly and showed everyone how loud his purr motor can be! He has met all of our animals, and he's learned to respect their boundaries as he's grown up. He loves both dogs and cats, and of course he loves nothing more than to cuddle up with people too. He's a very silly little guy and he definitely still has some of his kitten energy and curiosity. He loves to play! Little balls with bells in them or crinkly plastic ones are his favorite. We have a whole bag of them that can go with whichever lucky person decides to include him in their family. All of our in person plans to adopt him out have fallen through, so now we're hoping the internet can help him find a forever home.

Story
Lou is a very sweet boy who has been hanging around, and has been SO friendly. He is microchipped as a stray TNR cat and has been fixed and got basic shots. He has been an outdoor cat but deserves a loving home. He has been gentle with kids, and so incredibly cuddly and sweet. No rehoming fee and I will donate the carrier and some food. Please help this sweet boy There is truly nothing wrong with him, I just already have a pet who is not good with other pets.

Story
Meet the fun-loving Biscuit IV! He is a nine-year-old, 11-pound American Shorthair, who wears a cute â&#194&#128&#194&#156Tuxedoâ&#194&#128&#194&#157 so heâ&#194&#128&#194&#153s always photo-ready! Biscuit is a happy, playful cat who I adopted as a kitten from a North Dallas vet's office in September 2015. He is healthy, neutered, microchipped, and fully up-to-date on vaccinations. Biscuit is curious, clever, and full of energy! He likes to play with his toys and play â&#194&#128&#194&#156catchâ&#194&#128&#194&#157 and â&#194&#128&#194&#156chaseâ&#194&#128&#194&#157 and gets the â&#194&#128&#194&#156zoomiesâ&#194&#128&#194&#157 all the time. Biscuit loves positive praise and receiving pets and head scratches and responds with a sweet little purr. He likes having his fur brushed too as a nice massage and bonding time. Biscuit is a â&#194&#128&#194&#156fitness buffâ&#194&#128&#194&#157 who loves helping me practice yoga and loves it when I toss a leaf of baby spinach for him to play with and nibble on! Biscuit hasnâ&#194&#128&#194&#153t been around many other animals or small children but is very loving and affectionate with our family. Biscuit is my little buddy who follows me around the house, and loves to cuddle on the sofa in the evenings for movie night! Biscuit has always been an indoor apartment cat, but I think he might also enjoy some outdoor time in a safe, confined space if that is an option. Heâ&#194&#128&#194&#153s very curious and likes to sniff around, and is a good boy and will come when you call him. He's only been around one adult male cat (for about a month), and they didn't get along, but he's generally pretty easy going so may get along with a kitten. I'm not sure how he would react around young children or dogs - he might have fun with them, but he startles easily (like most cats) and doesn't love to be picked up so Iâ&#194&#128&#194&#153m not sure. He still scratches the sofa occasionally when he is jumping up but has mostly outgrown any â&#194&#128&#194&#156badâ&#194&#128&#194&#157 scratching not on his favorite scratcher pad. Biscuit has a sensitive stomach, so I feed him Purina Pro Plan Sensitive Skin & Stomach (wet & dry) which costs a little more but lasts a long time. He also loves his dental treats at night to keep those pearly whites looking good ð&#194&#159&#194&#152&#194&#138 I need to rehome my sweet Biscuit because my situation has changed and I'm frequently traveling back and forth out of state to care for an aging parent. Biscuit loves his 'people' and gets very sad when left alone for very long and it breaks my heart, but I need to help care for my mother in Phoenix so I'm making the difficult choice to rehome him. This silly, adorable cat will be a fun and loving companion in the right home. Apply to meet him today! * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * If you have a specific question about Biscuit IV, then please email newdigs@dallaspetsalive.org. Story
The day we brought Ginger home was a whirlwind of pure, unadulterated joy. We adopted this tiny, ginger-furred marvel at just seven weeks old, rescued from the gentle hands of an elderly couple. It was a momentous occasion, our family's first foray into the world of pet ownership, and the excitement was palpable. Ginger, a miniature ball of fluff with enormous, inquisitive eyes, seemed unfazed by the transition. Within a mere two days, he had completely acclimated to his new surroundings, a testament to his adaptable and confident nature. He was a miniature explorer, padding softly through each room, mapping his territory with a quiet curiosity. The acquisition of a litter box was met with immediate, intuitive understanding. Ginger, without fuss or training, took to it as if heâ&#194&#128&#194&#153d been doing it his whole life. His appetite was similarly straightforward; he devoured both soft and hard food with gusto, a twice-daily ritual that filled his tiny belly and fueled his burgeoning explorations. He possessed a remarkably calm and friendly demeanor, a trait that endeared him to everyone he met. Visitors were greeted with a soft purr and a gentle rub against their legs, a welcoming gesture that melted even the most skeptical hearts. Ginger was a meticulous groomer, a tiny, furry perfectionist who kept his coat gleaming and pristine. He found endless amusement in the crinkling rustle of shopping bags, transforming them into temporary fortresses and hiding spots. When playtime called, a simple rope or the dancing beam of a laser light was all it took to ignite his playful spirit, sending him darting and leaping with boundless energy. As the day waned, he retreated to his cat tree, a lofty perch from which he surveyed his domain, often curling into a contented slumber. He had a particular fondness for children, and their playful energy was a perfect match for his own. Even at the vet, Ginger was a model patient, a picture of composure and good behavior. He was, and remains, a beautiful companion, a furry member of the family who has brought immeasurable joy and warmth into our lives. Ginger has seamlessly woven himself into the fabric of our home, proving that the best companions come with fur, purrs, and a whole lot of love. We are heartbroken to come to the conclusion that Ginger needs more attention than we can give due to increased work travel. Note: To ensure Ginger's smooth transition to his new home, I'll include his litter robot (originally $260) and cat tree (originally $60) at no cost. * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * If you have a specific question about Ginger III, then please email newdigs@dallaspetsalive.org.
